Great store but never opens on time! It’s 9:16 and I’m still waiting for someone to open the store. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced it do it must happen allot. I’ve watched at least 7 people walked up to the door, then go back to their car and leave. You’re missing lots of sales on a Sunday Morning!

I went to this dollar tree at 8:50pm to buy something and when I entered an adult employee told his co-worker that people were going to buy when the store was about to close. That this was an American problem. I think that if the store has a closing time they should attend until that time, I knew they were closing in 10 minutes and I just went to buy something I needed. I left and didn't buy anything.

9:21pm Morgan and Mrs Lorraine are working I goin to purchase a couple of Christmas decorations. I understand shipment Lorraine is zoning the aisle I moved a box to purchase the item being blocked she was so irritated that I moved the box. I asked Morgan for a price check for a pic that I believed was in the wrong place Inwanted to know the price before I purchased it. Lorraine tells Morgan I think it’s $5 and not $1.25 no price check because you can’t do a void? This was rude and unprofessional. I ask Morgan so we don’t know the price of the item for sure she replied and I can’t scan it. After asking for her name she became nicer. Unpleasant experience and unnecessary behavior not a good first shopping experience at this location. Hopefully you guys will have a better day tomorrow.

What is going on with this dollar tree? Tons of unpacked boxes everywhere, products scattered on floor. It didn’t used to be this way! Trashy and disappointing!

I haven't been in a Dollar Tree in some time. They crashed after the pandemic and I couldn't stand the unstocked, cluttered stores. So, I quit going.I'm happy to report they seem to be back. All be it, understaffed,this store was fairly well stocked and had the few items I was after .Go!

Store has gone down hill, QUICK! Even fully staffed you can't find anyone you to check you out. Girl with green dreads in is THE WORST by far. But none of their attitudes are great.

I come here frequently but as of recently had the most terrible customer service. I understand everyone has a bad day but today I had a staff deliberately slam down a soda I was buying I didn't think much of it until she did it again and shook the can for the other soda I purchased and slammed it down again. I then went to the other staff who were in the back for an exchange and instead of assisting the lady kept telling me to go to the same rude cashier I let her know the only reason I'm going to her is because the cashier is the reason I'm exchanging. She then told me to just do it myself and exchange the drinks! To top it off this is the third visit I have had terrible service everyone here seems to hate their job and use customers as their punching bags. Absolutely disgusting behavior!

Attempted to grab some things at 11:30am this morning. Hours say 9am - 10pm. Doors locked and no sign of life. Hire more reliable people if you can’t be open during posted business hours. You can always tell who has a degree in business or related vs someone just investing in a sorry franchise.
