I really wish I could give this 5 stars because Darlene is the kindest cashier and deserves praise for her positive attitude.
However, everybody else in the store seems to have attitude issues.

Never go here after 12pm if plan to only hop in for one item. The lines are always long and the cashier's are always fighting over whose break it is. They're constantly sending customers to other lines, sometimes more than once in a single trip.

Don’t try and call looking to see if they have something in stock. Management doesn’t know how to keep enough employees scheduled, only one person working, and always stuck at a register.

I usually enjoy this location today with super cluttered and a lot of people I get. It's the holidays and they have a lot of inventory and probably not enough staff. Cashier who is cashing a lot of people out. Had two headphones in ignoring everybody not saying hello. Not communicating with a single customer. Mind-blowing that people think they can have a job and ignore everybody, especially when cashiering

This location is never stocked, the shelves are always empty. The store is extremely cluttered with boxes of inventory that needs to be put away. If you ever need balloons forget about it they only had about 5 choices out of all their options.

One could hear the cashier throughout the store and all her personal life. Maybe concentrate on work, while at work. Just disgusting behavior and attitude.

I think this might be the most mismanaged Dollar Tree in all of the US. Empty shelves with walls and walls of boxes full of inventory I assume. I only come here when I have no other choice. I think the last time I came was 2 years ago. Hardly found what I needed today. I'd blame it on staffing issues but these guys have been like this since before the great staffing shortage. ?♀️
