I always go to Discount Tire in Mckinney they are convenient and do a great tire every time. Love the insurance on tires for my car . It has saved me with getting nails and am very thankful for that.

This is Newton Brown on behalf of Jennifer Spence. So I went down there with Jennifer and we talk to the gentleman who works for discount tire that put the rims on Jennifer‘s car. Because when we found out they were not in the car it was very frustrating. And he was informed to put the old rims in the trunk of the car and put the new ones on. That did not happen We went down there and he admitted that he DID NOT PUT The old rims in the back of jennifer’s car and he remembers that he was supposed to put the old rims in the trunk. So it sounds like discount tire did not do their job to make sure their people were properly trained for us to have the right paperwork. And now you’re saying it’s a Word for Word clam. Like I said, discount tire did not properly train their employees, or we would not have this issue. You know you’re at fault. We’ve asked to get the rims back and you’re saying they’re off to Boston, which doesn’t cost that much to get them repackage and sent back. discount tire should’ve made it right with Jennifer. It’s that simple. You make your customers happy.
Discount tire is having their insurance pay Jennifer a disgusting little amount. When she could’ve sold them herself and made a lot more money.

I bought my tires online, made and appointment for 2:15 on a Saturday. I got there at 2:05 and was back in my car at 2:45. It took them 30 minutes to put my new tires on and an alignment. The extra few minutes were just checking in and then getting my receipt. Everyone there was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Amazing experience.

Been taking my truck here for almost 10 years, every vehicle in our family we take to this location and are always greeted and taken care of. New tires, mount, balance, and rotations discount tire is the best place to go! Great people great service.

I had a tire that developed a leak overnight on Sat. I was able to keep it aired up until I could wait at the store Monday. I arrived 30 mins before the doors opened and waited in my car, the third car to arrive. As more customers began to arrive they lined up at the door about 10 mins until opening. When the door opened I joined the others in line. I was hoping they would take the customers as they arrived in the parking lot (as the store in Roanoke does), however, I was taken care of and out in an hour. I asked the second tech to put 44 PSI air in each tire. As I drove off, already late for work, my TPS registered the service tech didn't add air to the tire he repaired, and the other 3 tires were not at the pressure I requested. So, I had to return back to the store and ask to add air to the repaired tire. This is a training issue. Management, train your staff to check their work before they let their customers go. and Discount TIre Company--You need MORE stores in the McKinney area!!!

I live near Greenville and usually go to my local store. Which I love. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of going to this McKinney store a few weeks ago to get some new tires. First of all, it took them over 4 hours to put on 2 tires. But the topper was when the manager came to me and “informed” me that I needed new lug nuts, because mine were “damaged”. I asked how much and was floored when he told me it would be $40 to replace them. I declined and he responded with, “the next person may not be able to get them off”. The reason I’m just now posting this review is because I just had to take my tires off and was shocked when I discovered there was absolutely nothing wrong with the lug nuts. I took them off myself and had absolutely no problems whatsoever getting them off. This place is crooked as hell and I will never be going back to this (or any other) store in the McKinney area. I like Discount Tire but this location is run by crooks!
