Had two nails in my tires on a busy Monday morning. Lobby and parking lot are full but the folks here are so nice and accommodating to everyone that is walking through the doors. A refreshing change to experience good customer service-keep it up DT N. McKinney!!

I bought 4 new tires Saturday. I got a flat in my front left by Monday. When I went in instead of giving me the warranty on the tire they said since the the tire was rubbing on the wheel they would not cover it under warranty.
