I'm writing this review for my elderly mother. She brought her Michael Kors watch in for a new battery. After a week and a half, the battery stopped working. She brought the watch back and asked for them to change the battery out since they told her it should last for at least a year. They refused, telling my mom that it was her watch that was defective. She asked them to just try a new battery to see if it was in fact her watch that was broken or if the battery they put in was the problem. They refused. But had the nerve to ask her to please come again to use their services. Do not recommend this business.

They worked pretty fast for a decent price. However they messed up when they resized my ring. I had a yellow gold wedding ring with a brushed finished (that was really nice) resized. When I went to pick it up they'd given it a shiny smooth finish. I told them it was a brushed finish and the jeweler was confused at what I meant. I showed him a picture. They took it back for another few days and when I picked it up the finish was brushed, but just kind of scratchy looking, not like it originally looked. So if you want a brushed finish... BEWARE. Other than that good price and service.

I took my 24 year old watch in last June to replace the battery. A week later the watch stopped again, so I took it back. They told me the battery was bad and replaced it again. About 2 weeks later the watch clouded up and stopped working. I returned a third time when they told me that I had gotten the watch wet and now needed to replace the element. $476 and 4 months later I got my watch back. Guess what...it worked fine...for a day. Then the hands fell off. Now please keep in mind I've had this watch for 24 years, and NEVER had any issue with it. Not ever! So I returned again to show them the hands had fallen off. They said I needed to leave it with them. We did the hands-falling-off game 3 times before they told me I now needed to buy new hands, and I'd have to pay $65 for them. All in they had my watch for 11 months and $541 later...we'll see how long it works.What I know for certain is that I'll never step into this store for any reason again! The owner has been incredibly rude, didn't care one bit about the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes every time I had to return, and kept telling me why it was my fault. Terrible place! Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this place!!!!

I took my gold and diamond necklace and Opal and gold bracelet in to sell. They offered me 400.00 for both. They knew that was not a good offer. I took them down the street and I was offered 1,000.00. I consider them thieves.

Not much of a selection and way overpriced. I wanted a wedding band and I have the Diamond already. They wanted to charge $1600 for a simple band. I went to Griffins jewelers a few miles down and got a beautiful ring for a very fair price. Look elsewhere. Go to Griffins!

This store is run by the sweetest couple! Your one stop shop for all things jewelry- even watch batteries! They cleaned it up, set it to daylight savings, and took great care of us. So appreciate the customer service!

Not sure how good their work is.... never got it done. Was told a ring resize would be less than a week then after a week of waiting i'm told it's going to be more than 2 weeks. I do not like being BSed.

Stopped in to buy a new silver clasp for my necklace. Greeting and discussion of what I was looking for was not pleasant with either the lady from the office or the jeweler. They were rude, dismissive, and impatient.Quoted me roughly 20-30x the price I could get it online. I’d generally rather pay and support local than buy online and understand it’s usually a little more expensive but the price quoted was offensive. I would absolutely not return to this jeweler.

Very helpful and honest jeweler. Great selection. Quick and affordable battery replacement too. He repaired my watch and I even bought a preowned Rolex from them. Can't say enough good things.
