I’ve been going to Diamond Nails for about 4 years. I found Diamond Nails when I was working late one night and needed my nails done for an event the next day. Diamond Nails is open until 8, although some people think that means the last appointment is at 8. The techs are awesome, so kind and considerate.
Stylist: Julie is the absolute best! Her technique is great. Before Julie, my nail techs would do my nails would catch and pull my hair when I run my hands through my hair. Julie’s technique prevents my hair from catching! ?

I love my nails. I walked in and was helped immediately. The environment was friendly and welcoming. Tinh did my nails and he was excellent. I would recommend him for designs similar to mine. He took great attention to detail when it came to the shape and the lines of the French tip. I got dip powder with nail extension and French tip, and I got a chrome clear coat on top. I love how they turned out and will definitely come back again.

Love coming here to see Lynn for my NexGen. She’s exceptional. Keeps scheduled times, work is flawless, good value. It’s a huge treat for me to get my nails done and she treats me very well.. I went to 5+ other salons before finding her.
I met my BFF for a spa date, missed Lynn since visiting Thai salon that charged me $5 to take off NexGen, $5 for almond shaped nails (they were already almond shaped!!!) and $20 extra for a gel pedicure.

It’s written $35 on a menu and I had to pay $55. No one explained anything about it at all. Felt like I got fraud. I do never come here, it was the worst experience.

I told her that I did not like it so she started talking and screaming in her language.

I have been going here for years and am a creature of habit so I never found another place but I won't be going anymore as they nick my nails EVERY time which hurts because they are always rushing. They've done a poor job several times as well

Very unprofessional and unprofessionally priceed . I was asked to pay in cash and this was after Buisness hours so I assume she oocketed it SMH . I was told I would have to pay $30 to have one stone placed on each finger of a full set after I had already paid for the set . Ann was the employee !

Just left this place. I came in for a simple service. A manicure. I asked BEFORE the service if she was okay with doing my nails without cutting my cuticles. She said “no problem.” I don’t get my cuticles cut because I have had horrible experiences in the past. Bleeding, infections, etc. I specifically asked before the service if she would be able to do the nails and she said it would be no issue!I guess these nail salons aren’t for black people. You get a half-effort nail job, mediocre service, techs gossiping in their language, and zero customer-employee interaction. My nails are not short at all, they are medium length. There was polish flooding the edges of my nails, in the corners, dust/hair on the nail, etc. I couldn’t really see that well because the place is not super well light. I get in the car after being told my nails are completely dry. I turn on the car lights and I can see just how messy my nails are. I went right back in and asked if I could just get them removed and get my money back. They didn’t give me back my money. She removed my nail polish and still charged me full price. During my “service,” the nail tech filed my nails and painted them, that’s IT. She didn’t give any stellar service, in fact, she barely talked to me. The experience is just so disappointing. Other customers get smiles and quality service, but for black people the treatment is totally different.I also witnessed a woman walk into the store and ask for “other things.” No wonder that they have stayed in business by offering customers “discreet” services. The owner told her that the “lady” wasn’t here and would be here on Tuesday, this was after hours. Absolutely disgusting.
