Love the pharmacist and this location. We don’t have that many scripts but she knows we’ve frequented the place. She surprised me that she knows us so well. That’s what I need in a pharmacist. Thank you so much to her.

Become a CVS rewards member and start earning points. They have pretty much every OTC medicine. Some locations are open 24/7! That information is super important.

I live 15 miles away and drive specifically to this pharmacy because they give the very best service and despite how busy they are, they always go above and beyond to get us the prescriptions needed!! Melissa CVS pharmacy on Highway 121 could learn so much from you!!!!

Literally told me they don't want to fill prescriptions.I called to check on an antibiotics prescription that had been sent in for my child and they actually asked if I wanted it filled the same day or if they could just fill it on Sunday or Monday...I asked if they had the medicine in stock (which they did) and said of course I wanted my child's medicine that day if they could fill it, and they told me "Well, it's gonna be a couple of hours cause were busy". WTHEven when there's no line prepare to wait at least 30 minutes to even get to speak to someone. They just stand in the back and ignore the customers and the phone and they don't want to fill prescriptions.

New pharmacist is AWFUL!Ever since we got a new pharmacist it's been horrible. They never answer the phone, they never alert you when your prescription has been received or filled, and a couple of times they haven't been able to find my medicine.

Usually I don’t post anything negative, but this is the WORST CVS I’ve ever been to, as far as the pharmacy specifically goes. I have had a prescription ready, waiting in line, now for going on 30mins straight. I don’t know if it’s from a lack of staff or what but it’s quite ridiculous. Save your time and patience by going elsewhere.

The pharmacist was helpful and informative- she had some great advice regarding some of the concerns I had about medication prescribed for my son. She also referred to an FDA change which occurred just two months ago, so I felt confident her knowledge was very up to date.

She treats patients like drug addicts. Has broken HIPPA and is rude and condescending in front of other customers while making remarks to them about me. This is the last 4-5 times I have visited. I do not recommend this pharmacy if you want to be treated with decency.
