My wife and I just had the worst experience with a pharmacy employee that we have ever had in our life. Been with this location almost 15 years. We are now moving to Walgreens and launching a complaint with corporate.

Horrific service at this location, nice people but they move like snails, no sense of urgency unlike the old Central expressway location that has since closed, forcing old customers to this alternative location.

My go-to CVs since moving to McKinney. I’ve printed photos (giant poster size) and have picked up plenty of prescriptions… the photos were beautiful and I’ve never had an issue with the pharmacy!

This was an unusually terrible experience. Cvs wanted to take 2-3 days to fill a medication that my doctor said I needed to take 4 hours post surgery. This was not an insurance issue as I was self-pay. CVS- please staff your pharmacy with enough people to to the job and train them to prioritize medications that are time sensitive for post-surgical patients

The girls in the pharmacy don't have a clue and give wrong information. They never ran my insurance and lied and said they did when I questioned them about the price. She was gonna have me pay cash if I didn't say anything. Then she caught an attitude because I told her about herself.

Save yourself the trouble and go to another pharmacy. It took us over an hour to fill a prescription. Well, we did not even fill it because we ended up filling it elsewhere.We stood in the "drop-off" line for 5 minutes (there was no line), and no one helped us even though 4 to 5 employees were working. So we figured it wasn't even open and had to wait in the other line. We reach the front of the "pick-up" line, and they say, "Oh, you're just a drop-off; you could have waited in the other line..." We weren't thrilled to hear that after waiting over an hour in the "pick-up" line. I've seen the DMV lines move faster than this pharmacy.They claimed they would call our vet for specific information needed for our pet's prescription, but they never did. We verified this with our vet. No one from CVS called our vet, asking for our doctor. It was just a terrible experience. We drove out of our way to another pharmacy to fill our prescription. We were very limited in the pharmacies that had the prescription but one thing is for sure, we will be avoiding this pharmacy from now on.

Waited 40 minutes for the associate and manager to located my unlabeled prints, and finally print the right one. (Printed someone else’s print instead) counter was terribly disorganized and unlabeled half done prints on the floor. Please choose a different location to do your prints.

Very rude at this location. When I called to check to see what the problem was, the tech had an ATTITUDE. How do you have an attitude and you are negligent at YOUR job. Apparently they don't know the difference between waiting on a PriorAuth or waiting to order the medication. They told my patient who had been waiting for days instead, of being honest with her, now her daughter has gone days without medication
