Pharmacy is slow, they say they’ll be with you and then do nothing…on the phone or in the store …I know ppl specifically that have changed pharmacies…& I too am a pharmacy tech, online but still hear the worst about cvs

Wish I could give them -5 stars, my doctor called in a prescription the day before and I went to pick it up and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour which I had to argue with them because it should've already been ready to be picked up, and the pharmacist could hardly speak English like they were fresh off the boat and needs a attitude check.

Workers are always understaffed, and the few that manage to stay on have an attitude. Waited 15 minutes on the line just for the pharmacist to cut me off mid-sentence and tell me the medication I was asking about was not available. This place used to be a great pharmacy, it's no wonder they are losing customers to retail stores.

The pharmacy is great, but the store staff gets worse and worse. Today I was treated very rudely by Katelyn, at the front cashier. A little class and courtesy is sorely missing with this associate, and having to go down multiple aisles to find a someone to help shouldn't be necessary. When I did find Katelyn she showed obvious annoyance at my request for help, and when I explained my issue with a product, cut me off and said I could listen to her or leave. Maybe I'll use another CVS in the future.

Sadly they make you choose a star to rate, this should be a minus 5 stars. They never answer their phone, it goes to an automated hold. I was on hold for 40 minutes before calling the manager of the store and she said she's been trying to get them to stop ignoring the phone. I had gotten a text that my prescription had been received a few days prior but no message that it was ready. Normally you get the message and the next day it's ready. I am disabled so when I finally just went see if it was ready the drive through window was closed. It was raining and I had to juggle a cane, my purse and an umbrella, then traipses all the way to the back of the store, because sick people and disabled people need to be tempted with candy and all the other crap the store sells. I get back to the pharmacy and there is a line. By this time I can hardly stand my legs and knees are in so much pain, but unlike some pharmacies there is no chair near where the line forms for a disabled person to sit and wait, nor do they have any mobile carts. I finally get up to the front of the line and the girl went to get my prescription but it wasn't finished. It was a 90 day supply of capsules that I take 3 daily so we are talking about 270 that usually takes three bottles, but only one bottle was filled and whom ever started it just left the rest undone. They did say that two people had walked off the job but judging from the many poor reviews here I'm going to guess this is an ongoing problem. A couple of times before when I used the drive through the guy at the window was just rude. One time he was on his cell phone and refused to even acknowledge me sitting right in front of this face. There was a mix up with my doctor, not CVS fault but I was out of Metropolol and I got a text this morning that it was ready. I needed to make sure the drive through window was open because I have not had my medication in 4 days and I am in Afib right now. I probably shouldn't even drive, but it's just up the street, but of course the automated phone system puts you on hold. Now I need to find out if someone can pick it up for me. I might add that the store manager is very kind and as helpful as she can be but it seems she can't control the imbeciles working in the pharmacy which are dragging the quality of this store down. I will be taking my business elsewhere I can't deal with this incompetence.

The pharmacist Ester is so incompetent for a trusting care giver!We were in there for over 20 minutes to get new COVID & flu vaccine.She said because my daughter had Medicaid cvs was not paying for them.First she said she didn't have appointment until I showed her confirmation. Then she told us it was $50. flu vaccine for Medicaid

Came here only for passport photos. Walked in and looked confused and a guy in the photo area asked if I needed help. Told him I needed passport photos and he said he could help me. I asked him how long it would take and he said it was a few minutes. I was doing it for my son and he had him stand against the while wall by the ice cream, snapped a few different shots because you can't smile and when you tell a kid not to smile, they smile. He was very nice and patient. I was getting ready to walk the store or find something for my son to do, when he said the photos were ready. Literally took less than a minute. He handed me two photos and showed me the document where it showed that the picture checked all the boxes for passport picture requirements, which he gave me to take with me in case I ran into any issues during the application process. The guy was the one with tattoos (sorry I didn't catch his name!) and he was wonderful with customer service. Thanks for making it so easy!

CVS? More like DWW - doesn't wanna work. Pharmacy drive thru is always closed for one reason or another. They never answer the phone. Might as well fire all the employees and stick AI robots inside. At least then we would get some kind of service.
