I grazed the bottom of my bumper. It was not a big scratch. A white line that was not very visible unless you looked very hard but it was bothering me. Came to CT concepts paint and body. Jarret popped into the back was back with some paint and sorted me out in less than a minute. Literally in the flick of a finger my problem was solved. I am so glad I came here. Will do so in the future for any paint and body work for my vehicles and will recommend this company to all my friends and family. I've taken 3 vehicles here for various reasons: (1) Dead squirrel in passenger door of Suburban, (2) busted spoiler on Sequoia, (3) Toyota Camry that was thumped by a neighbor. Each time the work has been very good, prices reasonable, and the shop keeps in communication with you. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend them. Honest, fair and professional. Rare to find these days. My wife lightly scratched the car and broke a clip on the bumper. I knew it was an easy fix but didnt want to risk doing it myself.
3 body shops told me I had to replace the bumper, repaint etc etc, even though I asked if replacing the clip and reusing the existing bumper would work. All 3 quotes were over $2k parts & labor and they only wanted insurance jobs.
My wife randomly found this place. We checked it out. They said the same thing I did. Replace the clip, wipe off the dirt, screw it back together, keep it moving. They solved it at a fraction of the cost, no painting involved.
No need to go anywhere else. These guys have made me a lifelong customer. Thanks Jarrett & team.

Anyone willing to fix their mistake from five (5) years ago will earn my business, every...single...time!I've been in sales my entire career and I've always taken great pride in standing behind my work. It isn't always easy, especially when I have to own up to mistakes I've made. Therefore I genuinely appreciate working with someone who is willing to do the same. I also think it's our responsibility to reward the kind of behaviors we want repeated. So here goes:In 2018 I chose CT Concepts to repair and repaint both my hood and my trunk following some hail damage. They did a great job at the time and we went our separate ways. A few years later I noticed the paint on those same sections started looking a little dull. Another year or two and the paint was peeling and flaking off like crazy. I couldn't even recall the name of the place that did the work and only happened to recognize their name while cleaning out years of old emails a few weeks ago. I looked them up to see if they were still around and they were. So I called them...all they could do is tell me no, right?When I called, I learned the company was sold 2-3 years earlier and was under new ownership. I thought that was pretty much the end of it right there. But the new owner, to his credit, insisted that I send some pictures so Jarrett, their current manager and likely the guy who physically repainted my car the first time around. So I did, fully expecting them to wash their hands of the situation. (It had been five years after all!)To make a long story longer, and to my complete amazement, CT Concepts agreed to repaint hood and trunk COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE! Jarrett even offered to touch up an unrelated spot on my rear passenger fender for good measure. I picked the car up today and drove away with some of my faith in humanity having been restored.The fact that both the new owner and Jarrett stepped up to fix a mistake from 73 months ago is incredible and I want people in the northern DFW area to know there's actually a reputable option when looking for paint & body work for their vehicles. A job well done is one thing but there's no substitute for integrity. Give the guys at CT Concepts (in McKinney) a chance to earn your business. I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed!
