They were recommended to me by two good friends, and I’ve been coming for about two years now. They have a great building, and a better staff. It’s clear in everything they do, how much they prioritize making your pets as comfortable as they can. They’re also good about explaining everything to you in depth.

The Facility was very clean and bright.
Heather the technician was very friendly and through. Dr. Daniels was caring and personable. Gave great advise and answered all of our questions.

We went to her usual vet and they recommended euthanization since it's a complicated surgery...our friend recommended a 2nd opinion which led us to meet with Dr. Ryan the very next day. The humanity and compassion that the entire team displayed but us at ease immediately. They never once discussed euthanizing, but instead discussed what they're going to be focusing on and their goal is to get her help. We felt 1000% convinced that this team was going to do everything to save our baby.
Words fall short of how the team was coordinated and supportive. They were considerate of the financial impact and did their best to save where they could. We have since switched over all of our pets to Croaa Timbers and couldn't thank them enough for their dedication to our family! (I apologize as we didn't capture all the names of the team)

I have a difficult pet and finding a clinic that genuinely looks for my dog's best interest is easier said than done. I am lucky to have found Cross Timbers. My dog is very high maintenance and Cross Timbers has been there for everything from diagnosing allergies, removing tumors and cysts, helping with neurological issues, dental work, grooming, list goes on and on.
I whole heartedly recommend the Mckinney location (to the extent I am willing to commute almost an hour each way).

This vet is incredible. Since moving to Texas my wife and I have had a struggle finding a vet that really took care of our dog. He’s been a bit traumatized with other vets in the past. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vet. They truly do care about the pets they take care of and the families of those pets.

We can’t express our gratitude to the people who work here. Our cat Tyrone had an appointment and was scheduled to be medically boarded here, unfortunately we lost our baby and he didn’t get the chance to ever make it. This place sent us a card signed by 12 different people. We are so shocked at the thoughtfulness and kindness these people have shown. It has been horrible losing a pet, and this little act of kindness goes such a long way and shows how much they truly care for their patients!!

We love Dr. Mane and his staff. It's difficult to find a clinic that we can trust with our rescue pups. Dr. Mane and his team understand that these pups have been through awful experiences prior to bringing them into our program, and they take extra time to show them the care and love they deserve.

This is hard for me because in the end we had to put our precious baby to sleep but Dr Mane and Dr Fuller were incredible they did not push thousands of expensive test but took things in steps doing x rays and procedures as needed Dr Fuller knew and was able to dx the problem almost instantly upon examining our baby. The day we brought her in bleeding from her eyes and nose the entire staff was so compassionate and professional Dr Fuller explained the euthanizing process and showed great compassion during and after the procedure if my heart ever heals from this and we get another animal Crosstimbers will be the only vet clinic we would trust. Thank you
