I am here at cricket and I was in desperate need of a new phone. This young man Justin has been outstanding and helping me with everything that I needed. He needs a promotion with this company because of his outstanding efforts.

Justin was totally professional and extremely helpful. The customer service department for cricket was so rude, I actually went into the store to cancel my service. After talking with Justin, he resolved our problems and we bought 2 new phones.
