My Samsung Galaxy smartphone had a broken screen, so I went to T-Mobile and they sent me to the CPR location in McKinney, Texas. They immediately started to work on my phone while I waited and they had it completed and working perfectly in just under an hour! They did a great job and did it fast!

Terrible service. Simple tasks like screen repair may or may not be super complicated for them. Count on no communication, leaving out details on the insurance claim process, and then when they admit they can't help you finally, they will still try to process the claim according to the insurancell company even though work was not completed.

Great service, CPR was able to repair an iPad that one store said was irreparable and CPR correctly diagnosed the faulty part another store had said was not the cause.

Was sent here by T-mobile to get my phone fixed. I was able to schedule a day and time via my phone through an email. I showed up at my appointment time and they had me in and out in less than an hour.. it was awesome. My phone is like brand new again. I did have to ask for my phone case and stylet back but other than that, everything went smoothly with no problems. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for any of your phone repair services.
