Scheduled an appointment today as a new customer. Over an hour later I got a call that due to a scheduling problem they could not make my appointment. Bree was so not helpful. Did not offer another stylist or anything and was pretty rude. God knows if they treat new customers like this how they treat others. Beware if you are trying to schedule an appointment.

Christopher goes above & beyond in making sure he is clear in what I am requesting for my hair. He listens & also offers suggestions for my highlights, color & cut. I love the way he cuts my hair with subtle layers and his blowouts are perfect! During my appointment, Christopher checks on me throughout the process to see how I am doing & asks if I need anything. I can tell he loves what he does & is passionate about his profession! Cove51 Salon is a relaxing experience that has friendly staff, great ambiance, is super clean, organized & a salon you want to continue to visit again & again.

Meredith is great. I love her services that she gave it to me when I went for haircut. She did some curls as she recommended it will look good on me. And that’s right. It’s been a while when I went there around 3-4 months. But it’s never late to appreciate any one who is hardworking and experienced. I recommend Meredith for haircut for sure. Ashley did my highlights and cut. I was super happy with results. She listens and takes her time to make sure you're happy with result. Vibe is welcoming . I will say that prices are on the higher spectrum in comparing them to Manhattan, NY salon prices. I would advise anyone using this fine salon to discuss exactly what you want with your stylist so that you are totally happy with results. Ashley is great! Thank you. See you guys in August.

On top of that….the whole experience is like a day at the spa
When I had an unexpected medical issue, she made time for me so I could get an appointment just in time for a trip to Italy.
