Well kept property. Issues are few and far between, and quickly resolved. Many activities and services provided. Lunch for purchase is available monday thru friday, yummy meals. Quiet community. Residents stay for years.

My moved into these apartments when they first opened 20 some odd years ago. Nothing has been painted and the grounds look terrible. Its ashame.

Have a friend that lives there. I come up every weekend. Most of the time the elevator doesn't work,the lights at night are always out, the grounds need some attention. Matter of fact the buildings need attention. Ken who I think is the owner does not seem to care...except the money

These apartments haven’t been updated in 20 years. My mother moved in when they first opened. Very nice. Drove by the other day looking for myself. The outside has not been kept up nor the grounds. The inside hasn’t been updated either. Couldn’t believe it. It’s ashame they have not renovated anything.

My mother is a resident in Country Lane, the past 7 years I've had wonderful experiences with their staff until recently. The office person name Louis was very rude and unpleasant given she's working in the seniors community any community in that matter, she's definitely does not like her job and should consider to work elsewhere

Today an appointment was made for 9:30 this morning. The person, Jennifer, was 20 minutes late and blamed it on her supervisor giving her a last minute assignment. She was agitated and showed it and not prepared for the meeting at all. She wouldn’t show the available apartment as it was not cleaned up. Said this was company policy. She never offered to show us the building or grounds. No information was offered. We had to ask questions to get what little information we got. I would never consider renting a place sight unseen much less from a rude and disinterested employee.

Staff friendly and helpful.. Clean, efficient, great dining, everything you could want .. Like a Land Cruise!!

Went in to speak to cheryl. I can honestly say I've never met a more disrespectful person. I do not recommend dealing with her.
