Worse Service Center ever. Lifetime drive train warranty means nothing if it takes 2 weeks for them to even look at your car. I was told I could take it somewhere else if I wasn’t happy with the timeframe. It has now cost me $500 for a rental car because i guess loaner cars are a thing of the past. Seriously thinking of just selling this car and going back to Chevys at least their service center is accommodating

Told 5-7 days to fix my truck now it’s day 6 and my advisor doesn’t even know if they have the parts.
Jacob never calls or text back. What a joke of a service department

Alec did a great job helping me get the right deal. Very straightforward and does not give you the runaround with purchasing options. Would recommend if you want an easy and honest sales process.

Sitting here two hours after scheduled appointment and car is just going in for oil change. Service manager says 80 people came in ahead of me but none had an appointment. BS dealership and will never come here again. BTW, bought three new cars here in the past. Service manager is a jerk.

I’m from Morehead city NC area and my local dodge dealership wouldn’t help me locate a part that’s been on back order for 15 months (also acting like they didn’t care) with my car sitting all this time. I reached out to this Dealership in McKinney and within 2 hours this Scelli person in parts had located me my part for my car within driving distance ?. I was beyond shocked they did so much more in 2 hours being 2000 miles away than my local dealership did In 15 months knowing my car was sitting going bad. I’m a single mom and I know nothing about car parts and things like this. This location saved my car!! 100 stars and thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Bravo sincerely, Ashley W.

Poor, Poor, Poor
I brought my car DCJR McKinney for recall work done on my vehicle. My takeaway from this experience is, since they were not getting any of my money, I was not getting customer service. The service tech never reached out to me on his own, I was constantly tracking him down. When I would
finally speak with him, he knew nothing about the status of my vehicle. I would be left on hold for so long I would hang up. There were never callbacks but unsure text responses of, “I am not sure” or “I would image.” The dealership’s lack of concern does not end there. I received a survey from Michael
Koval, Jr. He is the head of Mopar Service at DCJR. I spelled out everything that occurred, and the last question, “Would you like to be contacted about your review?” to which I answered, ‘Yes’. That was July 16th. It is now August 21st, and that contact has yet to occur.
Unless the work is free, don’t bother going here

Chris from the service dept is the biggest reason y'all should trust this dealership with TRX care. They offer service with a smile and a handshake.
EDIT: Previously, I have gotten almost every service visit completed here. However, every single service advisor I have ever had was great, but every single one has quit. (including Chris in my original post)
The girl that picked up when I called to book an appt due to a major issue with my truck didn't seem to have even a little bit of customer service training. Not confident in the info she was giving, I asked to speak to a tech. Tech told me the same thing about being backed up so it was perhaps her bad delivery.
The info that was relayed was that their next appt was 8/29 (I called 8/16) and that every cjdr dealer was backed up and that was standard across dfw right now.
I booked at another cjdr dealership for the very next day because what was said was kind of ridiculous. Either they don't have adequate team members or they have bad operations. Either way it didn't feel great to get misinformed.
The service was nice while it lasted

By far the worst service one could receive. Good luck getting anyone in service to take your call let along a callback. Had appointment for a recall. Little did I know the appointment was just to get you in to talk to service advisor. Almost a week later vehicle ready for pick up. Lead me to believe it would be ready same day. Called daily only to find out truck didn’t make it into shop until day 3. Sad they have this brand new building and service it terrible. Maybe a contributing factor is my other vehicle is a BMW so used to the Sewell service. Either day I would never recommend the McKinney Dodge service unless you absolutely had to use them. Terrible!!!!!!! Here is the window sealant they left behind on my topper. SMH

Ordered an item through the website in January. I spent $50 on said item and they have not shipped it to me. I have sent several emails over the past few months so not only are they apparently terrible at providing actual car services but the parts you buy might not even be sent to you :D Mr mckinney of texass if you are reading this please sent me my money back

Incompetent service department. First visit for tire rotation. Returned home and was missing two wheel caps. Second time arrived at opening for oil change and alignment. Was informed vehicle would be ready at noon. Returned at 2:30 to find out vehicle had not been touched.

This is the closest Jeep dealer to me and decided to take my Jeep in for a check engine light. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days to get it looked at. I dropped it off on a Tuesday. Friday I call them to check on status and I'm told that "By Monday we should have some info" I can't believe it takes this long to simply hook up a code reader and see what the computer says. Monday (today) came, and still nothing. Guy told me "tomorrow we will call you." I'm being extremely patient and I'm normally the opposite.
Here's a suggestion. When someone brings their vehicle in, check their codes before taking the vehicle and schedule a service date. Instead of waiting a week JUST to get the codes read.
Worst service center I've ever taken my jeeps.

Bought a 2024 Jeep Gladiator from these guys. Purchase was flawless. Every part.
One of the points I covered in detail was the 3/36 oil change ….. sales person and finance told me more than once. More than twice covered.
This was important because I drive a lot of miles and needed to know where I stood so it was covered in detail
First oil changes, flawless Dealership quick to get everything done treated with respect
That brings us to today…. When I came in for the third oil change, I was told that everything I had been told up to this point was not correct after waiting around for about 30 to 40 minutes for them to get to the bottom of it, a man came out who identified himself as Shane Pierce.
He had the”we owe” That I had signed, which had nothing on it concerning the first two oil changes that were included, but told me that that was all I got.
Beware. Go in with eyes wide open. It all changes after the sale….
Sadly, I thought I had found a reputable dealership, it turns out to be just like every other one, they will tell you anything to get the money and then not keep their word……

Very poor service after delivery. The review star rating need to have a negative star option…..using that scale they would get five dtars…as in (-) five star rating.
1. Sent vehicle for delivery with known software problem on infotainment screen requiring three weeks of troubleshooting, ordering new part and three days for replacement. This vehicle was on lot approximately 12-14 months when I purchased and I find it hard to believe that in all that time, it one person noticed the fault message, either during on lot movement or previous test drives.
2. Title office sent plates even though I left specific instructions to transfer my current plates to the new vehicle. Not only that sent wrong plates as in didn’t match vehicle. Plates were turned in when I correctly transferred the registration, so that means the customer that was supposed to get plates and registration, has to be inconvenienced and wait for their new plates and registration sticker.
3. Coming up on three months and both dealer and WCS refuse to send the owners manual binder and say it is not required to be in the vehicle…..Very poor service for a $115K vehicle….very poor service for a $5K vehicle. $115K and they won’t pony up a $50 owners manual jacket…..which is supposed to be I the vehicle during delivery. Simple fact is the OM “kit”….OM, Quick Start Guide, emissions warranty information, supplemental manual is you get the HEMI engine.
My expectation is dealer will reply with a canned company line and probably not do a damn thing about it. They will NOT be getting any further business from me.
The only thing that happened after delivery that was on time and correct was transferring the tires, rims and splash guards from the trade.
Three months and still no manual….if you purchase make sure the manual
Is in the vehicle and if your trading a like model, don’t be afraid to takes the manual out to make sure you have the manual “kit”
I refuse to pay $300, which by itself is outrageous…..especially when the owners manual “kit” should have never left the vehicle, much like the window sticker. Dealer cost probably about $25-50 bucks and they won’t pony up and admit their mistake….I really hope
GM or owner does see this review.

I just wanted to share my experience with Jeep Dodge City of McKinney. I recently had some service done on my vehicle, and I was really impressed with their team. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. They completed the service promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s nice to see such great customer service in action! If you need anything for your Jeep, I highly recommend checking them out.
