This branch is great, when it is open. The problem is the three 24-hour ATMs. They frequently have issues. The staff inside are friendly but they normally direct you to use the ATMs rather than offer to help themselves. The facility itself is clean and neat. Looks brand new inside.

Nobody ever answers the phone at Chase and I drove to the branch on 380 and Lake Forest (by Kroger) asking to have the Chase Private Client banker to call me multiple times and have never received a call. So frustrating.

This branch is a joke. Customer service is terrible. I went there to open a business account. We already bank with Chase in CA and my partner wanted me to stick with Chase because it would make things easier for us between the two accounts. The greeter at the door operates more like a bouncer than a customer service representative. He says there is only none person that can open accounts, I need an appointment and there weren't any available this week (it's Monday) but Saturday is first come first serve. Yeah right pal! I'll go somewhere else. I did, with no problems. See ya Chase! Thanks for allowing me dodge this bullet by getting locked into a branch that based on the reviews here continues to provide bad customer service.

I went to this location on 380 and Lake Forest to cash a Cashiers check and the first thing I notice is everyone is sitting around doing nothing. A very nice person greeted me and I told her I needed to cash in a Cashiers Check and then have another Cashiers Check issued to me. I had recently sold a boat and the buyer had given me a Cashiers Check issued by his bank. I needed a new Cashiers Check so that I could buy a new boat. The girl told me no problem and started the transaction. When the transaction didn’t do through she brought over a manager, a women with black curly hair. She looks at the screen and then tells me, very rudely “We can’t do this, why would we give you a check based on another check we haven’t been paid on. You can deposit the money and when the check clears we can issue you a Cashiers Check” I said it’s a Cashiers Check, not a regular check, it’s been issued by the bank. She says “It doesn’t matter, a Cashiers Check can be counterfeit, we see fraud all the time”. The lecture went on for a little while longer then she walked off, back to her office to do nothing. I am a physician, I was wearing my scrubs, I have a lot of money in that bank, I’ve been a customer for 2 decades and I’m being treated like I’m trying to commit fraud. If she would have just been nice everything would have been fine but I guess customer service is a thing of the past. Obviously this is true at this branch, with a 2.7 satisfactory rating! The money was in my account the next morning and needless to say I went to different branch to finish my transaction. This woman was awful and there was no reason for it.

Good luck here is all I can say! You cant ever be a walk in, because they're "so busy and scheduled up", they act like they're doing YOU favors here no matter how much money you have in the bank.

Worst customer service ever !! They make up their own rules on demand. Didn't help us out even when we had a scheduled appointment and told us to come back and schedule a new appointment another day.They were not helpful at all and if there was an option for 0 rating, I would give them that.

Worst customer service ever. First of all, they never seem to have enough people at this location. Today, I was stuck behind 2 commercial customers. Someone came out from the back and I thought she would certainly open another lane, but NO!! She played on the computer for a few minutes, then went right back out to the back. Wish I could say this was a one-off, but this location is exceptionally slow and they don't mind leaving customers waiting while there are plenty of other people in the branch.

Miss Valerie Torres and Mr Eleazar went out of their way to help us when we went in today even though we went in during their closing hours and we needed a lot of administrative work. We are very thankful for your service. Five star!!!!!

We bank with chase for personal and business and I have been coming to this location to for about a month to deposit large amounts into our business account. Usually they are very nice and help me fill out the deposits slips, as I run out quickly making so many deposits. Today, the lady with dark curly long hair and glasses told me “usually business already have all this filled out” and she acted annoyed that she had to help me. When I’m depositing $10,000 plus at a time, I expect better customer service and not acting like I’m putting you out to fill out a deposit slip when I’m the only customer there.

I have been banking with Chase for years now and I love their service. This bank is one of the best ones out there, great service and super friendly, love when people welcome you with a good smile!
