Apparently there had been fraud on my account so they closed it after 30+ years and wouldn’t let me open a different account! Sent me a cashiers check for the balance in my account! I had no idea!!! It’s very unfortunate for me, especially since they have the best banking system there is! I guess they don’t need customers!!!

They refuse to answer phone. Tried calling for an hour to contact someone at this branch. .... After 4 or 5 prompts you get message they can't answer the phone and then hangs up on you. Called back to try again and same results. Over and over and over. I'm not sure what is worse being put on hold or being hung up on.

I scheduled a meeting through Chase's website to have one piece of paper notarized and I was told I'd be meeting with On Kei. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited nearly 40 additional minutes until Rudy (who was wonderful, warm, and quick) finally helped me. She told the greeter- in front of me- that she didn't have any appointments until 1245 (even when I provided my email confirmation) and then I watched her walk around for the next 30 minutes. They said they were going to get a teller off the line to help me and it took me going back and asking if I was ever going to be seen before someone showed up. On Kei's attitude in front of a customer was rude and dismissive. If you don't want to take a meeting with a client, don't make it available online or at the very least, do what you can to make sure that client still gets seen. My time is valuable, too. Rudy is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

Tellers are extremely rude. Especially the Hispanic and black lady. They obviously don’t care about their job nor customers.

Worst customer service ever! Teller gave my husband and I an attitude and tried embarrassing us in front of other customers. Will definitely start banking somewhere else where they actually care and are considerate of their own customers.

Worst chase location i've ever visited. These guys are just trying to avoid work for current customers and turning them away.Recommend visiting other branches near by with way better customer service. P.S. Speaking with what i've experience 3 times.Yes, i just gave them 2 extra chances solely because it's near to Sam's Club and I frequently go there for groceries.
