Chair King on Highway 75 in McKinney, Tx is the best location to go visit, from the time you walk in Beverly Goff makes you feel like you are at home no pressure in buying but offering you the best options for your home patio or lake house patio. Definitely, will keep going to this location.

We had a great experience with purchasing our patio furniture at this place. Beverly answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to when we were at the store. I then called to finalize the purchase and spoke with Frank. He, too, was great to work with.

Very rude employee yelled at us and threatened to call the cops for us using the bathroom without purchasing anything. We kindly asked at the front desk beforehand if we could use the restroom and they allowed us. Afterwards, the guy walked out of the store and got all up in my face saying that he wrote down our license plate number and called the cops (his breath was horrible by the way, i had to smell it because he was literally less than 6 inches from my face). Very unpleasant experience and would never recommend this place to anyone regardless of how good their products are.

We have been looking for furniture to complete our outdoor area. We had a great experience here. Beverly helped us by asking questions on the space, our likes, the colors. She helped us narrow down and choose the best option for our family. They threw in a couple of upgrades and made the whole experience easy and communicated well on delivery dates and times.

We made a rather large purchase from the McKinney Chair King location. They were honest. They were not pushy. They gave red carpet service - great attention to detail. The product was incredible - very high quality. And it was delivered on time. I could not recommend them more highly.

We totally enjoyed our shopping experience with Beverly at Chair King in McKinney. Once she grasped what kind of dining set we were looking for, she had plenty of ideas and gave us space and time to consider our purchase. We left believing we received good value for our money and are very happy with our selection and the excellent service. We highly recommend Beverly and Chair King.

I had a wonderful experience here at the store with regards to selection and delivery. They understood our requirements so well and helped us. Everyone at the store are very friendly especially Ms. Beverly who was super sweet. Very smart and knowledgeable. Frank and the rest of the team are very helpful and make the browsing/shopping experience extremely pleasant. They’re knowledgeable and answer all your questions but also give you time to walk around and try out the furniture without being pushy at all. We ended up selecting a couple pieces and the payment process and arranging pick up was quick and painless. Thank you! We can’t wait to get our new dining set home.
