I have been with this agency for 30 years. Beth and Kathy have been there the entire time. I’ve had nothing but stellar service and results. I just cannot say how happy I am and secure I feel being with a hometown team that has my back. Nowadays, people jump ship and shop around for insurance. You get what you pay for. Dad always had State Farm. I wouldn’t dream of using a different company. Thank you, Beth and Kathy for taking such great care of us!❤️

This office has held both our Auto and Homeowners Insurance for many, many years. The level of customer service they provide no longer exists in the business world and we are more than grateful that they still stand by and support their clients to insure they get the highest level of service possible. I met Kathy the day I walked into that office to get our homeowners and auto policies switched from an office that would not respond to phone calls or back us up when we needed support from our Agent. From that day on, we have had full confidence that if we needed any assistance whatsoever, she (or in her absence anybody in the office) would be there willing and able to go above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and questions answered. We have never been let down by this office and we know we never will. They actually do care about their clients and assure that they are treated fairly. We got a phone call on the weekend from Kathy, after our home was struck by a tornado, to see if there was anything she could do for us or if there was anything we needed. Now that is customer service that again, no longer exists. We have nothing but praise for this office and am grateful for the day we transferred all of our policies to them. If you are looking for an Agent that will stand beside you, respond to phone calls and e-mails, deal with contractors that don't perform the quality of service that this office feels their clients deserve, then please do not hesitate to contact the State Farm office of Chad Watts in McKinney, TX.

What a great team. Beth and Kathy are always quick to get a claim started and resolved. Just recently had a window broken in my truck by a vandal. Stopped by and talked to Kathy. She started a claim and contacted a local auto glass repair shop they had good customer reviews from. Two hours later I had a new glass installed and all glass shards vacuumed out of the back seat and floorboards.
Have been with State Farm for over 30 years for home, auto, land, and RV. Have had many claims over those years and all have been handled quickly and very satisfactorily. They often make suggestions on ways to save money and/or time. Never any concern about fighting for a claim. Would never go any where else.

I love my State Farm Agent Chad Watts. I have my auto, home and life with them. I have been with State Farm over 25 years. I have always been please with all the staff of my State Farm Agent office. The the way they have helped me handle my business throughout the years. Especially Kathy in the office, always so helpful. I called in tears this week and she is always so reassuring and helpful. This office is amazing! The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about my policies and all my insurance inquiries.I called for a claim on my vehicle and immediately had my coverage information and the steps I needed to take during the call. It was a smooth process with my claim. No delays at all. No anxiety!I cannot recommend this office enough.
