5 days after ordering and they still haven’t sent it out told it is still processing due to the current 1-3 day processing time even though it has been 5 and they changed it to shipped on their website 2 days ago I also paid for priority shipping
Update: day 8 still not shipped they will tell you your order is shipped when it has not try to make it look like usps fault then when you ask for a refund you get completely ignored this company has the worst shipping and customer service I have seen do not waste your time or money here there are many websites who will ship your order in a reasonable amount of time

All of the products I have purchaced from Central Vapors have been top notch. Their prices are excellant and their customer support cannot be beat. I have had a couple of issues in the past concerning processing, but when I contacted them about the problem, they MORE than made up for the inconvenience.
