I had taken several products to a number of shops to find out what they knew about them. Several days later I discovered I was missing one of the items & thought it was completely lost. Next time I returned Pete had it ready for me as I apparently dropped it on my way out. Pete knows his business & tries to help his customers understand what they have or what they are buying.

Excellent transaction! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions and sort out my pieces for me is why I would highly recommend him.

UPDATE to owners response:He says I shouldn't leave a bad review because he "helped me out"? Paying $200 for a solid gold 14k 18" rope is not helping ME? I didn't mention the silver because that $44 was about right. It seems there is no bad reviews that YOU the owner apologized or accepted responsibility? Hmm.There was NO SET UP? You're saying I planned Getting ripped off a lot of money on gold to leave a bad review?? Think about that? You've been reported.DON'T!They took advantage of a 60 yr old lady who trusted them.Came in after my job contract ended with no notice. Needed money. Took a 9.1 gram solid gold 18" chain as one of the items. I asked if he paid market. He said near market and they take 20%. I trusted this man. I'm not up on all the market stuff.He ended up giving $200 for a solid gold chain that is no where near market value even after 20%. I only found out after mentioning it to someone.I'm disheartened. Not everybody knows. Some of us TRUST who we do business with as the professionals. SMH

I'm no assayer but I came in expecting to leave with a couple hundred bucks, maybe 4-5 if lucky, ended up with 1600+. I didn't catch the owners name but he was really nice and gave me a price beyond fair. If youre in Collin county (or anywhere) this is the place to go for top dollar on gold jewelry.

Took 2 silver rings in to have checked out, one had diamonds! Dealer told me he would give me $2 for them! When asked if the diamonds were real, he didn't check them, he said they don't put diamonds on silver! Also said that the diamonds didn't hold value on silver!

So overdue for this review. 5 stars all the way. Pete is outstanding and the office feels so welcoming upon entering. It was completely the opposite of what I was expecting the transaction to be as newbie. I drove an hour and it was worth, will stop again if need be. Thanks Pete!
