Great friendly employees with poor management, don't trust anything said if they tell you something after talking to management. I had no choice to pawn a item to survive a week after paying to bail a loved one out of jail. I'm sure they had no obligation too, but they failed to even mention I could make a payment from out of town at other locations when I called several times trying to make payment over the phone, after being called out of town unexpectedly for work. They didn't inform me of this until they sold my item. After telling me they would hold it for 3 days in the back so I could get there in time. This was a long conversation I had, and was put on a long hold trying to figure something out. I was just told I would just have to pay the extra month interest. The lady seemed to have some sort of satisfaction at my shock of being lied too, and the item being sold. But it was blatant to see she didn't care that I had been lied too.

Angie was the best ! Soon as I walked through the door the room was filled with great customer service and she was kind and helped me understand everything .

Horrible experience. James is very unprofessional and the lady manager was very rude , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PAWN SHOP HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW BORN SON !!

I had a bad experience because I came to buy a projector which when I went home to check it came out with a black spot on the screen

First impressions pulling up do not do it justice.Without all the exterior frill, this place is one of the finer staffed, not a ton of products, but definitely the pawn shop essentials.They got five stars from me because I came in just wondering, looking around to see if I could find anything, which I did. I ended up saving over $300 on an electric guitar for my son with a 30-day, no hassle peace of mind warranty to bring back if he doesn't like it, as long as it is still in original condition as when it left. But the staff, even though they were busy and it took a while, eventually got to me with a smile on their face. Just genuine guys and a good mood which is hard to find a pawn shops.

Destroyed my laptop while it was in on a loan. Someone poked holes in the screen and knocked out the vent shrouds. It want easy to do this damage, it took some time. I would definitely think twice before trusting the employees here at this shop.

Ive been buying from here for couple months. Ive gotten great deals on 3 tvs, laptop, PS4 n look forward to more purchases in the future. The staff is soo amazing. Patient, professional n all around hard workin down to Earth people. They're fair n reasonable. Always clean n smells nice. Check them out! 10 ?s
