Decent service, not quick at all. Had to bring my vehicle back due to active noise canceling (ANC) in my 2022 Honda Accord. Seems like this could have been avoided with as many vehicle installations they have. Spent about 8 hours waiting in total. We’ll see if this is the fix. Won’t be a repeat customer.

The techs and sales team are wonderful and gracious. I'm new with a remote car starter and then have given me their time to help me know how to work the remote, fix confusion of wiring, and helpful when it comes to making appt.

I phoned to inquire about installation and had a conversation with Chris, the manager. He displayed a high level of professionalism and was very helpful. Upon my arrival, I was introduced to Zach, the technician. He provided a detailed explanation of the installation process and the warranty on the installation. Which gave me full confidence in engaging with Car Toys. Although he estimated the job to take 3-4 hours, it was completed in just 2 hours. I can confidently affirm that this was one of the most positive experiences. Car Toys should take pride in having representatives like Chris and Zach. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and intend to return to purchase a dash cam.

I have done business with Car toys for years But this time around they mange to upset me badly I told one price Than when came time to get things installed the price went up by 15% There in stall fee should remain the same not go up 15% for shop labor I have checked around and the radio/ DVD player install for around 130.00 At thier in stall of 175.00 plus the additional 15% Puts the total in stall fee over 200.00 They are way over price for Thier installed fee

Had an aftermarket subwoofer installed. Sounds great, quick install, even adjusted the final invoice when the installer didn't use the materials from the original quote. Highly recommend.

That's a bit expensive, they charged me 713 for a tint on a 4-door sedan, they left me with soap on the tint but they told me that it will come off when it dries and they give you a guarantee in case it comes off or creates bubbles but Leaving aside that, it was a good service later I will update if there is something that I didn't like apart from the price haha

Had my windshield replaced and asked car toys if they had any tape. They don't sell it but said they'd remount my camera. They didn't charge me for this. Believe me, I tried to pay them something. Aaron is DA MAN!
