My husband and I were on vacation from Las Vegas, We decided to shop this location because we had never been to a boot barn in Texas, and our Vegas store has a limited selection on jeans and clothing. I was extremely impressed, this store has an amazing selection of Mens and women's clothing, boots any thing else you need.The customer service is absolutely amazing, Suszie and her staff were extremely helpful and very nice. I highly recommend this store, We will definitely be back.

Awesome store with great customer service. We bought boots that had a defect and the manager made things right and without hassle. Not a very common thing to find in today’s world. The manager gave us great service and had a good outlook and attitude with us. Thank you so much!!! We will be shopping here again!?

I came into this place before by myself and noticed that the workers at the front didn't speak to me or ask if I needed help. I didn't pay it any mind. Now, today, I'm in here with my husband. Three workers at the cash register acted like we were ghosts and didn't speak to us. Three white people came behind us, and they spoke to them and asked them if they needed help. Never again will they get my money. The older man on the floor asked if we needed help. These young kids and new generation are hideous. They probably don't even know why they don't like blacks.

Website said boot was in stock at my nearest store. Was not in stock. Manager ordered boots but did not reflect sale price. So store happily refunded my money. Reordered but just had them shipped to my home. My only complaint is website said boot was in stock at my local store and it was not and store pricing was not up to date with website prices.

Only BB I'll visit in Collin County. Frisco js closer, but I'll drive here. It feels like a BB and the service is much better than the other 2 locations in the county

Our first experience buying boots and whew!! Thank the good Lord Peaches was there to help. My husband and I both got boots we love that are so comfortable. I highly recommend this store.
