“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. “I grazed the bottom of my bumper. It was not a big scratch. A white line that was not very visible unless you looked very hard but it was bothering me. Came to CT concepts paint and body. Jarret popped into the back was back with some paint and sorted me out in less than a minute. Literally in the flick of a finger my problem was solved. I am so glad I came here. “I would say their business as a company is exemplary. The specialty technician Devin that worked on my automobile did the best he could do with what I gave him. The manager was awesome and nice to communicate with. The only draw back I would say they need to work on is the phone system in place. Every time I called, only Zack from accessories would answer. Even when I left messages I got no reply. It was only when I actually bothered the manager through his personal cell phone that I got a reply. I’m sorry about that. All in all, I have no hood shake anymore and I feel happier and safer driving over 120 mph. Thanks for being the only company out of 47 I called in the metroplex to tackle this job.”

“I brought my truck in for a transmission diagnostic and really appreciated how George took the time to explain what he found and what the repair would involve. The estimate itself was fair and made sense based on the scope of work.
There was a miscommunication between the shop manager and me about the diagnostic side of things, and since I don’t plan to keep the truck long term, I decided not to move forward with the repair. Even so, the shop handled the situation the right way.
They returned my truck fully reassembled and in the same condition I dropped it off, and went well over and beyond what I expected to make the situation right. I appreciated how everything was handled and would consider coming back if I ever need transmission diagnostics again.”
“If your car is 4 weeks old and hail has been mercilessly pummeled by hail THIS is the place to go! My daughter's brand new car was ravaged by the Feb. 25th hail storm and she was crushed. I spoke with Steve at Hail Poppers and I feel like we just received expert customer service and the car was returned to us in as just as beautiful condition as when she drove it off the lot. Steve picked up the car at our house, offered a rental car which we did not need and away he went. In addition, they handled everything with the insurance company. My daughter left some of her art supplies in her car so we had to got to the shop to get it out of her car and everyone there was just as nice and accommodating as Steve! With approx. $7k worth of damage and a week later he brought the car back to our house and I am not kidding when I say that the car was gorgeous! They even detailed the inside and my daughter just broke into happy tears. Honestly, this was such an easy and positive experience, and while I don't relish having hail damage again, if I do, I will absolutely return to Steve. They have won my business for a lifetime! I cannot say thank you enough.”
