A huge thank you to Shelly who went above and beyond to help take care of me . Not only did she resolve and go the extra mile ( helped with an issue beyond big lots control) but she offered me more than one solution while remaining very patience and kind. Store was clean, and well organized throughout. Holiday merchandise displays were up, and the aisles were clear. Quite pleased overall with options and selections throughout the store. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return.
