3 times now my wife has attempted shopping at this store twice for make up and was treated very rudely and once for clothing and was asked if she could even afford to shop here. I do not feel in sales that is a good business strategy. My family will never shop at this company again and we will make sure we let everyone we know how terrible this company treats their customers.

Awful customer service: 3 different employees could not help in jewelry and paged a manager each time with no result. Finally after 30minutes an employee came and said sorry but they have me working in 2 areas today. On a Saturday?!!! No one watching jewelry counter?!!! That’s dumb, so I will just stick with the Rockwall store! Much better service!

I bought glass water dispensers from belk online. 3 of the 4 I ordered were shattered in the very beat up box upon delivery. When I returned them in store Belk did not even refund the delivery fee I had to pay. So I wasted $10 on a bunch of shattered glass to be delivered to my house. First and last time I shop here.

There were 2 cosmetic evening associates that were very rude when I asked for help.. will not return nor purchase from Belk again due to the customer service. I can pay the same price for Clinique cosmetics at Ulta, Macys, etc and feel more comfortable.

Disgustingly dirty. The carpets can't have been vacuumed in months, if not years. No staff around to ask questions. Not a good shopping experience walking in filth.

Do not open Belk credit card, they will never send your card or statement, had to go to store to get their phone number to call the card, paid the balance in full, but because payment was processed one day late they charged me $29 late fee and $8.54 interest on that $29 late fee. AOL 2.0
Stay away!!!

Found some needed items that we had looked for elsewhere, but struck out. We were pleased to find a good selection of men's ties, which have begun disappearing in many other secondary clothing markets (e.g. Ross). Thanks Belk!

They have done away with carts at this location... I counted two total. Further, all their in-store price scanners don't work. Lastly, the fitting room is run by Nazis. This used to be one of our favorite stores, but this one is on its way out.

Great sales and coupons. Long lines to check out, long lines to try on. Really need to consider having a second and much larger dressing room. The store is always very hot. Not enough shopping carts. Could barely get into the bathroom because of all the clothing racks filled with product.
