They never want to help the customer.

This location is awful. If you don’t want to work at a bank then you shouldn’t. The staff was extremely unhelpful. Nancy was rude. The prosper location is 10/10 better.

I walked into this location 10 minutes prior to closing on 2/15 and the banker that was working would not help me because they were about to close. Due to fraud, my account was locked and I had zero access to any account with Bank of America (this includes my debit card, credit card, any online/app banking) - could NOT access any of my money. This banker was like we are closing in 10 minutes but you can come in tomorrow or Saturday. Terrible customer service and I would never show up to this bank again and think they were willing to help me. There was another Bank of America location (in Prosper) that was wonderful, helpful, and bent over backwards to assist me through this nightmare. Do NOT go to the the location at 380 and Central. Awful customer service.

Fast and accommodating. Had an appointment to set up my teenagers account, they were able to squeeze in a new account for my son as well.People started lining up before opening at 9am, but it seems like customers were in and out super quickly. The only recommendation would be to add an outside walk-up ATM. Notices a few people walking up to the drive-thru ATM. Could be a safety concern.

If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes to get anything done this is your place! They only ever have 2 tellers working and the line will be out the door. No matter if it’s for business use or personal, plan on being in line for 30 minutes at least.

Not that I ever expect ghetto bank of America's to be slightly bearable but this one takes the cake. ? worst one yet. They should get the worst bank award.

This bank has an excellent team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and beautiful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned. I want to thank Justin; he is very professional and knowledgeable.

The fact that it’s 2023 and they don’t have drive up service is bad enough, but they also (most days) have one teller. You will be standing in line for a very very long time. The tellers have been very nice though.

Justin was very helpful. He checked me and my fiancé in as soon as we walked in with a smile on his face and an open attitude. When it looked like me and my fiancé would not be fit in in time for closing on Saturday. Justin stepped in to help us again. He quickly and ever so kindly assisted us with our goal of adding my fiancé to my accounts. While assisting us he was polite, willing to engage in conversation and happy to quickly find out how he can help us best. Justin went over and beyond what we could have asked for in our experience with him in just one meeting. Justin truly deserves a raise or promotion. He has a set head on his shoulders by being calm, understanding, inviting, and a hard worker. Anyone would be lucky to have Justin on their financial management team. Please consider this feedback as it really did shock and amaze me how well he presented Bank of America to me (a semi-long term customer) and my fiancé who is just starting with Bank of America. Justin impressed both of us!

I went in there a few months ago to just change $100 bill, and they refused, despite the fact that my wife and mother-in-law both have accounts, I was running an errand for them, and they would not give me change, and assumed I'm a drug dealer. (WHICH I"M NOT!) and I asked the lady why? She said everyone trying to get change without an account is deemed a drug dealer, not just me. I said is that your banks policy? She said yes. I said to hell with you guys then! I walked out furious!! Don't give this bank business! The two brothers from Italy who started B of A 100 years ago would be rolling in their graves!

Yes, they had long lines. Luckily I just needed a cashiers check and so they pulled me out of line and had my business done in 5 minutes. Just about any other business it would have taken some time.

I’ve been Bank of America customer since late 1980’s. This branch has always served me well, during the 5 years I’ve worked with them. They are conveniently located to my home in Princeton & even on busy Friday’s, they always manage to staff their long lines @Bank Teller’s with additional staff to ask customers what their needs are and provide excellent customer service & support, often before I reach my turn in line. They have helped me in my efforts to repair my Credit, showed me how to take advantage of their additional perks and discounts. I’m so grateful that the “Bank nearest me” is the very best, centrally located @75 & University in McKinney. Keep up the excellent, professional work!

Michael and the Merrill Lynch representative are extremely helpful. That was a temporary manager, which was very rude. All in all these two employees shine and wish you had more like them

Can't seem to do anything anymore at any of these Bank of America clown locations. DO NOT BANK HERE! Made an error electronically depositing a check online with the cell phone and now I have a 9 day hold on that check even though BOA has my money and I have deposited around 1000+ of this exact same check. Online they told me to go down the the store location and then of course at the store location they said only online can change holds or edit anything!
