One bank in my town will cash a check. This bank refused to cash it. Very rude. Wouldn’t let me talk ! Don’t bank with this bank!

I use to somewhat like this bank when some of the employees were at the Virginia Parkway location. Everyone pretty much acts the same except for Ms. Glenda. She is very rude and when you are trying to explain something she will cut you off. She always has a rushing to send you on your way attitude. It’s ridiculous and disrespectful. Yes. She isn’t there to carry on full conversations but when the conversation is pertaining to your banking she shouldn’t be so rude. Hear the customer out first. The other employees who moved from the Virginia Parkway location are pretty much the same. There’s a older Guy who came over to the Eldorado location too. He is such a nice personable individual. Always polite and respectful. I picked up on his good demeanor the very first time I approached his window at the bank. Texas still has a very long way to go but for the most part there are some decent people that look beyond your appearance if you know what I mean. I think that’s Ms Glenda’s problem. She doesn’t particular care for certain people and unfortunately, it shows very well. IThink the Plano location maybe a better fit.

This branch has cashed 2 business checks for me before just asking for my id and I go to cash another one give them my id and paper from IRS showing that I’m the owner of my company and they say they can’t cash it because it’s under my business name. Bunch of liars putting excuses. Older lady still says I got lucky the first 2 times.

This is the WORST bank EVER!!!!! I blanked with Texas Star for 14 years and my late husband banked with them for 20 years before that!!! NEVER did I have the treatment I’ve received once the ownership changed! Within 1 week of me receiving my new debit card, it was hacked for $750. Within one year, it was hacked and drained a total of 5!!!!!! TIMES!!!! I’m now in the process of switching banks, but I am SO again of getting a debit card! I do miss Buddy Hayes and his team! I am switching to his bank now before these crooks take ANYMORE of my money!

I hate that you have to go through a customer service call center not once but twice. Your on hold for at least 10 minutes then they direct your call to the appropriate person. Another 10 minutes or longer.
