Would give zero star if I could. Needed some part on a road trip then found this nearest Auto zone- I walked in and asked about the available part and borrowing some sockets to replace it- the guy got me the part but had no clue on tools then he asked the seemingly manager. Here is the best part, the seemingly manager told the guy (not me) with a weird tone “he does’t want to purchase it he just wants to use it for free.” I told him it’s okay I will have to go to Oreiley instead, the manager then asked me “would they lend you a tool?” This is funny and rude the same time.

Man these guys here really helped me out in a bind. We were traveling back to Chicago and my wheel bearing went out, I had all the necessary tools ro fix it, but not a location. The let me use the real of the lot, help me with tools I was missing, and even gave me help to get parts at another Autozone. Great crew here, thank you again!!!

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. When I got there, my order was pulled up. Tim A. got the battery replaced and I was in and out in under 20 minutes (if even that long!). The price was great and excellent service. Go here!

Got an online coupon. First associate didn't want to deal with it. Went to get my item and second associate at the register was happy to assist and found the coupon barcode in short order. This is my go to for all car DIY work. I've had good luck with their duralast products and for the price, regularly get bargains on gear and oil. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Really like this place!

The team at this AutoZone always has great customer service. They seem to take the time to help you, It doesn't matter if you are an experienced shade tree mechanic, or never touched a wrench in your life. Really good people

One of the managers, Stan, went above and beyond and installed the fob batteries and the car starter batteries I needed. I know not the first thing about that kind of thing and he was an absolute life saver, and did not charge me extra for putting all the batteries in.

I’ve been coming to this store for over half a decade and am constantly impressed by the people working here. They know their automobiles and they care about meeting your needs. Today it was Adam who took time with me about a fan relay. Even going as far to walk out to my car to check with me that I was getting what I needed. I highly recommend AutoZone for any vehicle needs!

They did a quick test for the battery and alternator. Determined it was a bad battery. Got a new battery, and they installed it for no extra charge. Benjamin was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ben is a horrible manager talks about employees and customers behind their back and rude to the customers. Also shows favoritism to certain employees, just sits in the back and does nothing.
