“Honest 1 Auto deserves every bit of their name. Honest. I purchased a used car and within 24 hours it was making a noise. The dealership was 45 minutes away so I reached out to Honest 1. They got me in the next morning and within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis and a suggestion to get the vehicle over to the dealership. We drove back to the dealership because they said they'd repair it only for the dealership to gaslight us and make statements like "a mechanic will say anything to get your money" which was odd because the wonderful team at Honest 1 actually told me to go to the dealership instead of me spend my money with them. The dealership denied that anything was wrong. Even went on 2 test drives and they said "it's supposed to sound like that". I looked at them and said "you realize I'm now taking it directly to a Ford dealership to prove you wrong". Which I did and Ford immediately heard the noise. No shock here, diagnosed the issue as the exact same diagnosis from Honest 1. My car is currently being repaired under a special warranty so all things worked out in the end. I will continue to use Honest 1 for our vehicle maintenance and future repairs. I appreciate the Honest 1 team for their transparency, kindness and most of all their Honesty!!!!!”

“Great diesel mechanic. Very good quality work. They fixed a hydro lock for me, injector issues, ran tests and threw in a new KC turbo package. My truck runs way better now, sounds great and much healthier with the injector clacking gone now. Knowledgeable about their trade even older diesels and they only uses the highest quality parts. Nick was great to talk to, and I appreciate the time he takes to explain things plus the good pointers and the questions he answered for me. “Not bad. Very good people. I wish they would have broken down my quote. No labor costs was on the invoice. Starter was about 400 hundred dollars and 750 was labor to install. Seems quite high. But I’m happy with the work. He also mentioned that I was low in brake fluid and coolant fluid. With that kind of money that I paid, I wish they could’ve just topped it off as complementary towards me it was only a couple of dollars to add the fluid. But overall, very professional company I would use them again I just had those two little issues that kind of got me a little bit upset, but other than that they were very good people very nice. Would use them, and would recommend them”

“Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed.
I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick.
My truck is running better than it ever has thanks to Anthony and the team. I’m still in utter disbelief because I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic shop. I will definitely be going back to this location with my truck and my wife’s car going forward. I’m blessed beyond measure!”

UPDATE 23 JUN 2023: It has been 4+ years since we started to come here for auto care. They now provide excellent tire replacement service comparable in price to the big clubs. “The guys/gals at Solutions Automotive are the best in the business. Took my Jeep to another repair service that claimed I needed at new motor because my head was cracked and it was misfiring. The techs at Solutions Automotive found out it was just a crack in my radiator and replaced just want needed to be replaced. “I recently took my car to my local mechanic because of an service engine light that came on. Turned out that I needed to replace my catalytic converter. My mechanic quoted me a price and recommended Pronto because they could do aftermarket replacements. I called Pronto and was assisted by Kenneth. Kenneth was very thorough and professional in his explanation of the options available to me. He didn't pressure me into choosing the more expensive options but armed me with the information to make an informed decision. After a day of thinking about my options, I called back to let him know I'd be going in to get the manufacturer's catalytic converter. He called me the next morning to let me know the part was in. Shortly after, I dropped off the vehicle and within a few hours, the work had been completed. I highly recommend Pronto to anyone looking to have some work done. Knowledgeable, professional, quick and cost effective.”
