Would absolutely recommend anyone to purchase a car here! This was the most seamless car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Charlee was by far the best salesperson we could’ve had the opportunity to do business with. She went above and beyond for us, we love that they handle everything through one person so you’re not getting bounced around between departments for financing. Everything is done with her! The manager of the store was excellent as well. They even made a minor cosmetic fix to the vehicle for me before we left with no issues! Highly highly recommend Charlee and Audi Sewell!

We have been Sewell customers for many years and this location is another truly fantastic dealership. We had an excellent buying experience here and vehicle service has also been top-notch over the years (easy to get a loaner, continuous updates, and video notes of vehicle condition).
But most of all, I can’t say enough about the atmosphere - everyone has a smile on their face, team members make an effort to build real relationships, and customers are always made to feel welcome. The free car washes and cookies are also very much appreciated! Sewell dealerships set the bar in customer service - please keep it up & 5 stars very well deserved.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership or our sales person, Charlee. In 2020 we bought my daughter her first Audi and Charlee was amazing and helping us find the right car for her and she delivered the car with a big red bow to make my daughter’s 16th birthday amazing. Fast-forward to 2024, our first Audi sadly made its demise in an accident and I needed to replace her. Once again, Charlee not only helped us find a replacement car for our first Audi but an additional car for my youngest daughter also!! They love them and we will forever be repeat customers!!

I have brought my car, that I have only had for a year and a half and has less than 10000 miles, in twice because of a warning light coming up when I would start my car. The first time I brought the car they told me that they charged up my battery because the voltage was not at the right levels which I did not like the sound of because my car is only a year and a half old and I am having issues with my battery, but I said ok and went on with my life. However, two week later I had a check engine light come on for an electrical system malfunction and had to have it towed to the dealership to be looked at. They had my car for two weeks and the whole time I did not receive updates at the times they would say they would give me updates, so when I would call them and left voicemails over the two weeks the sales advisor i was assigned did not ever call me back. Then when i got a call that my car was ready for pickup i asked what they did to solve the problem all they told me was that they opened a tac case and did tests over the span of two weeks which is ridiculous. They also did an extended test drive for 300-400 more miles to see if the error came up again and used the tolls the whole time which I had to pay for and have not heard back from the service center on getting compensation for these charges. I would not recommend bringing your car here for service due to the lack of customer service.

I recently took my car to Audi McKinney for an issue with a noise coming from near the wheels while driving at low speeds. Unfortunately, my experience was not as I had hoped. After diagnosing the problem, the service team informed me that the issue was due to wheel bearing and that need to be replaced and provided a repair estimate of $2800 approx. of which $500 was parts and rest was labor. I still ended up spending $265 for diagnostics at Audi McKinney.
However, feeling unsure about the high cost, I called another dealership and got a quote of $1400 to replace the wheel bearing. But then I also felt unsure about the diagnosis and decided to get a second opinion. Two other shops identified the problem as something entirely different (differential issue). I had the differential fixed from one of the dealerships i got the second opinion from and now the noise is gone. I am glad i got the second opinion.
While I understand that dealerships may charge more for certain services, the misdiagnosis and high quote left me feeling that the service at Audi McKinney was not entirely transparent or in my best interest. I hope that Audi McKinney considers a more accurate and competitive approach to diagnostics and pricing for future customers. They surely lost my trust.

Sewell dealerships are excellent. This one is no exception. Could not be happier with my experience here. The best car buying experience you can ever have. No nonsense. Intelligent salesmen.
