What store doesn’t do returns? I love boutique shopping, but I will never go to Arabella’s again! I bought a really cute jacket on Saturday but when I tried it on at home, it didn’t fit as well as I thought it did. It still has the tags and I have only had it for two days. I have no doubt it would sell quickly but, unfortunately I didn’t realize they have a no return policy. They have lost me as a customer for sure!

I’ve been in this store multiple times in the past and have always had a positive customer experience. However, I recently purchased a gift for my friends birthday and asked the employee at the counter if I could exchange it if it did not fit her. She told me to come back on certain days as certain employees were more “receptive” than others. Since they did not work for her I returned back to switch the item out for something else. The older woman at the counter was extremely disgruntled, and had the nerve to say “Jesus Christ really,” and starting huffing a bunch after I handed her the gift to exchange. So unprofessional, will not be returning here.

Dreadful. At first I was confused why so many people gave it bad reviews, as I was there on Friday and found the workers delightful (if a bit "pushy," as someone said). I asked what their return policy was before buying, as I always reserve the right to change my mind! The employee told me they did store exchanges only.
I made the trek back to McKinney this morning to exchange one of the shirts, and someone else was working. She said, Absolutely not; I could not return or exchange anything, and she pointed to a sign on the counter and asked whether I had seen it. Well, I cannot see without reading glasses, so, no, I told her I had not seen it, but the employee had told me what I needed to know, or so I thought. This went back and forth, and she disparaged her co-worker and told me to come back when the first woman was working Wed through Sat., and make her honor her commitment. I am not their employer! I did not want to drive up to McKinney again to address this, as I explained to her I am the customer, not the owner of the business. This was none of MY business, I just wanted some customer service. It was a $26.00 dollar shirt, so no great dent in my budget, but BIG mistake for her. I
NEVER return to businesses that give me poor customer service!

I can not stand this place. They are uppity and so incredibly rude. I’ve been 3or 4 times and every single time they were so snotty. Especially the larger blond lady who’s very loud. And unprofessional. Totally ignored me as I stood for about ten minutes at the front desk while she was chatting up a man 3 ft from me. She’s very condescending as well.. she was also rude about my friend kea I g an item in the dressing room.Today I came back to exchange an item I bought yesterday snd she was mad..I’ll never give them another dime…

Not a body positive shopping experience. Register staff (or owners) shouldn’t discourage girls and women from buying an outfit by claiming it won’t look right on a figure like hers. Let’s do better.

The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful to customers, she verbally attacked my friend who was purchasing a few items. Wont be coming back.
