Ann Banard is an extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. I caution anyone to think twice before doing business with this company. I will never do business here because of that woman.
I’ve also sent a Facebook blast out to all my community to boycott.

I am pleased to review Andre + Associates. Rachel and her team notably Linda are a great team. They even worked late on two evenings to help me set up the ID.ME security authorization with the IRS to get our taxes filed timely. Rachel and Linda were engaged and responsive to all my questions. I never felt like I was bothering them with my emails and calls even before the April 15 deadline for filing! I was treated with respect and they are a pleasure to work with. They will be my tax team until I no longer have to worry about filing (death and taxes) regardless where I am living as I took job out of state and will continue to use them. The entire team at Andre and Associates are AMAZING. Always there and very quick with responses! Their pricing is more than fair and they are honest and kind. This is very hard to find these days. I have been with Keith and his staff for many years and I would be lost without them! I strongly recommend giving them a call or visit!

Beware they charge $500 non refundable to set up new client and that money does not go toward any further services. I will be going back to my accountant in Plano. It is out of the way but I don't like being ripped off.

When the original owner of any company passes, things change....usually not for the better! Hence the blessed two (2) stars....should have give none!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE, their ungodly charges (to file a simple return) have increased drastically, and I mean drastically. First time ever, in my life, to pay such a fee ($1,200), doing most of the legwork ourselves....to top it off, ending up paying the Treasury.(never, ever before) These are hard times and have found out, there are CROOKS in ever corner. Sad to say, this company is now on the @@@ list of thieves. Again I say, BEWARE lest you fall prey to some shady and shoddy work. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! Nothing against the deceased who was fantastic!
