My son wanted the same frame he already had, but it had been discontinued. Cameron, the store manager at Towne Crossing, saw that the frame I was about to purchase was not my son's first choice. She went above and beyond to track down the discontinued frame at other stores. She was able to locate the frame and have it shipped to her store. My son was thrilled! That was fantastic customer service! Thank you Cameron!

The workers here were so nice and friendly .Every worker paid close attention to me and showed me utmost respect. I will be coming back to this establishment. I've been to multiple eye glass center's and when I was picking out glasses a sweet worker came over and helped me share with me which glasses looked great and helped me pick out the glasses that suited me I'm truly grateful for this location thank American best.

You guys got my prescription for my glasses(Bifocals-ugh) correct the first time. I went to another provider for an eye infection and they just so happened to have an eye glass dept. Worst mistake I have ever made, I went back 3x and they still could not get the prescription right. You guys rock

My daughter and I arrived late to our appointment, and they easily worked us into the schedule with new appointments. Staff were all friendly, professional, and efficient.I do not have all the names of who helped us, but Brandi did our exams and Emily helped us finalize our order.Seriously friendly and helpful staff at this location. Definitely going to make this our new home for optical services.

Amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The eye exam was very thorough and wasn’t rushed. The dr took time to answer any questions that I had. Also, the two lovely people I saw before the dr were nothing short of incredible. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Also, the gentleman who helped me pick my glasses was very patient with me and it took me quite a bit of time to pick out my perfect pair. They have so many cute frames to choose from. Ended up with two pairs. He really helped me and explained to me about the difference in lenses and made sure I picked a pair that would best fit my lifestyle. I am so excited to receive my glasses and see all the amazing associates there. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and sweet. Definitely one of the best and affordable places. I couldn’t be happier. So glad I came to this location. Also the Manager Ben is very caring and passionate about his work and employees. I won’t go anywhere else!

Office manager rude and assistant manager obnoxious.Husband been walked in with prescription in hand from another opthamologist office. I'm assuming that's what set the mood for the impolite treatment that we received. Office manager was training a new employee (gentleman) she was being very condescending towards him not allowing him to finish our transaction ask him to step away and she proceeded with our transaction. $1,400 and 3 new sets of lenses later we were asked to wait for a phone call to pick up his lenses. 6 weeks later we get the phone call glasses are ready for pickup. Husband goes in tries on the lenses and not able to see out of any of them. He makes his concerns about his lenses the assistant manager quickly brushes his comment to, give it some time adjusted to "new prescription." Husband has worn glasses from the age of 10, and hasn't had a change in his prescription in the past 2 years. My husband walks out with glasses literally in his hand not wearing them. A week later lenses are on the counter because he's not able to see out of them. We go back to America's Best and let the office manager know (we walk in at 4:45) and again she was unpleasantly there. We told her about the issue and asked her if she could compare the lenses to the prescription that was brought in and she said she could not it was against office policy. We went back to the original place of the prescription VISIONWORKS, were we're told about the prescription on lenses was completely wrong.We immediately headed back to America's Best office manager was already gone, she left at 5:00. The polite technician (Asian lady)came out and assisted us and she compared the lenses with our prescription and agreed that the lenses were completely wrong. She takes the lenses information and says she will call us when ready. We wait another 4 weeks before we get our phone call. We go in office manager is unpleasantly there again. By this time she is aware of the mix-up of my husband prescription and very unapologetic.It's 12/2023, 6months later and husband is still very unhappy and struggling with his lenses.STAY AWAY, save your money and time!Office manager ?Assistant manager ?Lab tech ?

I needed glasses.America's best is great!Very easy, and fast.The Dr. and whole staff are very friendly and very helpful.I got 2 pairs of glasses, and a pair of sunglasses.I can see much clearer, and it didn't cost that much.I recommend getting the optional eye scan, it gives the Dr and you a better view of your eye health.We only get one set, take care of them!Thanks again to everyone at America's Best in Mckinney.

Emily, the store manager, helped my wife and me make selections for replacement frames after our eye exams. She also fitted them and completed our purchase transactions.The doctors were very professional, and Emily was quite thorough. We left today believing that we will be very happy with our new eyewear!
