I sent away for my lifetime membership. Two weeks ago this coming Friday the Commander of Post 96 claims he dropped my card in the mail. This is Tuesday and it still hasn't arrived at my address in Allen, five miles from the post. The commander's phone number is blocked. No one seems to care. Am I being jerked around? This situation is evidently not what it seems. Beware..

Sorry, get someone to answer the phone who is sympathetic. Especially when a death has occurred with a military vet. Sorry, you don't get a pass because your volunteer receptionist was borderline rude. Don't you want people to become a member or come to a meeting? Easy solution, answer the phone with a smile!

Great steaks! Friendly, down to earth people. Fun karaoke and great drinks. Where else can you shoot pool, while smoking a stogie... love it there!
