I love this storage facility. It’s always clean and week-maintained and I have never had a security concern. But best of all are the people. Their property managers have been friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put “some stuff” in storage. I’ve had a unit (or 2 and now 3) for years.
UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: I STILL love this facility and its staff. They are always willing to bend over backwards, if possible, the help you out. I am FINALLY leaving the next, thought, after about 20 years. About time!! Seriously though, good property, good people, never had a worry about my stuff.

Great, funny, and friendly staff, Emily the property manger went above and beyond her job in making us feel welcome and like family basically. property is spotless and the units are clean as well as the public areas. Emily and Tyler are what makes me happy it come here and recommend this place to friends.

The property manger was very wonderful and helpful on top of being friendly to me and my wife. she got us a unit right away AND answered all of my MANY questions. the price was perfect and had a move in special that saved money. wonderful place made even better by Ms Emily. Im thrilled to have a storage unit here. The best in mckinney. hands down.

Emily showed us around the facility and let us see a couple different units. She answered all our questions nicely and definitely recommend, but would feel better if someone was actually on site 24/7. But overall great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emily at the facility, and I must say, she was exceptionally helpful. Her knowledge of the facility and her willingness to go above and beyond to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. Emily was professional and friendly, she truly set a high standard for customer service. However, I believe the overall experience could be further improved if the property manager were on site more often. Having immediate access to management could provide quicker resolutions to any concerns that arise, ensuring an even more seamless and reassuring experience for customers. Nonetheless, thanks to Emily, I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

The facilities manager Ms. Emily gave us a tour and I was impressed how clean it was and the security measures in place. Main gate access control, locked doors and excellent security camera coverage 24/7. Definitely a safe place to store possessions much more valuable than what we have.
