They don't even deserve one star. They are so rude and with an attitude when asking questions. It's a waste of time if you wanna go there because every time I go they always have an attitude. Should work more on customer service.

I was frustrated with my insurance company. In particular, my agent, since I was with Texas Farm Bureau. It was easier just to walk in to AutoMax and get insurance then it was to deal with moving my agent from across state to a nearby agent. The young lady Alena at a max was easy to work with. They are pleasant and work quickly. Most importantly, I could just walk in get my insurance and leave.

Poor customer service from the young lady Representing the company at one point after being there for over 30 mins I ask to relieve myself and she refused to let me use their facility I was told it wasn't open to the public. So I drove to the nearest bathroom which was a gambling establishment.
