Starbucks offers a consistently satisfying experience, and my recent visits have been no exception. The staff is notably friendly, which adds a pleasant touch to my coffee run. Even during busier times when lines form, the efficiency is impressive, ensuring the wait is minimal.While it's the typical Starbucks setup, their commitment to quality shines through. The menu choices cater to a wide range of preferences, and the drinks are reliably well-prepared. Altogether, it's a reliable spot to grab a cup of coffee or a snack, making it a go-to choice in my book.

The rudest employee I’ve met in retail working night shift tonight. Not the 1st or 2nd time the guy has behaved like he loathes the world and customers. Called me a “weirdo” during a basic purchase last time. Tonight, I dared ask him to repeat himself when he half-mumbled an answer I couldn’t hear and proceded to raise his voice, overly enunciate and mock me for the rest of the purchase. Seriously?

What is wrong with the person that is working at your store right now?? I’ve never seen this guy before and I have been to that store ever since you all have been there. I just asked him to make sure he had the cigarettes that I needed before I got a slushy and it became a huge problem for him. I tried to point out where they usually are and he said “ do you know where my stuff is in my own store?” I said no sir I just know where they are usually kept because they are hard to find. He started arguing with me and would not check even though they were right where I pointed at. This guy started yelling at me about talking to him like a dog when I was asking please and thank you sir. What kind of people are you hiring to work in this store???!!!! I’ve never had any experience like this before and will definitely not recommend or come back!! If I could do less than 1 star I would!!

3601 Virginia Pkwy McKinney TxHorrible service. The elderly gentleman was extremely rude and talked to me like I was a peace of trash. He went out of his way to embarrass me in front of other customers !!!!!!will NEVER go in there again. This is NOT the first time they have been so rude. Unfortunately I believe the owner is the ONLY nice one there.???☹?

False advertising on the gas, be cautious. They also go back and forth with the ability to load funds to cash app card. Probably should cancel the partnership so they don't show on the map

NEVER GET GAS HEREMOTOR IS BADMISS FIRING BECAUSE OF BAD GAS THEY FOR SURE HAVE WATER IN THERE TANKSDO NOT GET GAS HERE !!!!!!And the Walmart down the street too had bad reviews there too. Walmart also shut down a while ago for a couple days because of how much water is in there gasSo if u don’t wanna have to buy new injectors or a new motor like me then be careful

This store is nasty! The container for the bar for the hot dog was empty and dirty. No maintenance, wipe down the dripping. The floor is sticky you can tell. Someone spilled the drink and the employees didn’t even bother to clean up. I will never go to this location anymore!

Big thanks to the girl who is usually working there with long black hair, she’s super friendly and is always on top of things. The other typically has her headphones in and is on the phone with friends/boyfriend, not paying any regard to customers whatsoever to the point when she hands back your change, it’s 1/2 a step up from her basically throwing it at you. Not that I expect much from a convenience store but dang, she really hates her job.
