Lupe just charge me 1.19 for a cup of ice it's say for refill when I go to 7/11 all the time it's 79 cents I ask lupe about why do it say sml cup fir refill he blame the owner I will never stop and go here again ... so said most 7/11 give to you for free cause they care about they customer cause it's to hot outside don't stop here they don't care about they customer lupe love people more buddy not ok

Drinks are always hot. They turn down the freezer on purpose. The people there do not comprehend the concept of a nice cold drink in the summertime.

ENOUGH with the solicitation! I love this 7-11 but it is entirely too much to have people hounding you for money. They continue to beg for money I don’t have. I just want to get what I need in peace and leave, the franchisee needs to rethink this because I’ll drive to Murphy or the other 7-11 on Virginia just to avoid the constant hounding. Once a month fine, but 2-4 times a week is ridiculous! Franchisee please rethink this move!

Exclusive contract with coke limits customer choice. They would be making so much more if they also stocked Pepsi products like every other 7-11 on earth.

The Mexican lady cashier that works night shift has a horrible attitude and tried to charge me full price of a drink when I only got ice . No other 7-11 I go to does that and she insisted it would be full price . Not coming here again.
