the number provided for this establishment (7-11) is not a working number. i tried to call them to remind them that their Pepsi and Coca-Cola was out of syrup, so it only dispersed club soda. I don't like club soda. And the guy who works there tells me I have to pay an extra dollar if I want to put cheese/chili on my chips out of the cheese/chili dispenser. this is outrageous. If I buy a hotdog to put Condiments on versus a bag of chips what's the difference? I'm still paying for something that I can add condiments to. Every other 7-Eleven I've went to was chill about it and let me put cheese and or chili in my bag of chips.

I visited this place for a coffee before heading to work and observed that the cashier closely monitored me, making me feel unfairly targeted. Additionally, the cashier consistently displayed discourteous behavior, opting to place change on the counter instead of handing it to me directly. I believe his name tag read Mumman or something similar. Due to these experiences, I'm considering exploring other options further up the road in the future

So awesome when a 24/7 7-11 is closed with the doors locked. Update your hours if you’re going to close so people don’t waste trips.

I claimed my megaball winnings even though it still has remaining plays on the ticket and the attendant didnt give me the ticket with the remaining play on it. Saying that there is no other ticket. But there is two more play left on it. The transaction happened on Dec 18, 2022 at 8:45 +/- 1minute and the attendant at the register was Indian. I also called later in the day but whoever pick up the phone was rude and said it wasn't me and just hangup, made me so angry to a point that I ended up writting the review.

No signs showing why the store is locked at 9:38pm. No staff around no signs. Just locked doors and confused people.

Very rude ugly low black boy at the store. He try to rip us our money thinking we won’t notice. And when we find out he was yelling & shouting like a rabies’s dog. He make it clear he don’t care about customers or about 7-Eleven itself. That was 7-eleven at lake forest here in McKinney.
