On Sunday around 11 PM, the lady at the counter was very rude. When I inquired about a product, she curtly said they didn't have it and suggested I get it from Walgreens across the street. I smiled and said it was okay, but I couldn't go there. When I asked about another item, she sarcastically questioned why I couldn't go to Walgreens. After one more question, she rudely asked if I needed a receipt. Her condescending attitude made me feel insulted. Politeness is a fundamental aspect of customer service, which she clearly lacked. I have always stopped at this gas station, but I will never go there again.

I was shopping here with my brother getting snacks and drinks when we noticed we were being watched by a female Asian employee. She kept following us around the store watching us closely. When we were getting ready to pay she got upset that we just laid all of our things quickly on the counter. She asked what was wrong and why I was throwing everything on the counter. I told her I was just in a bit of a rush. She kept egging me on and I just confronted her about her following us around and watching us like we were going to steal. To which she answered "It's my job to do that." They have plenty of cameras. If 7-11 employs people to discriminate shoppers and make them feel like thieves while they shop then I would hesitate to shop there. There was another white female employee who was very rude and was refusing to let me pay and be on my way. She kept making excuses for her coworker and tried to deny me service. We were nowhere in the wrong, they were. Stay away from this 7-11 unless you want to be discriminated and made to feel like you are a criminal.

This store likes to put out of order bathroom. When employees don't want to clean the bathroom on there shift. I can come in at different times of the day and with different employees I can use it. I can come in and use it in the mornings but when I come in in the afternoon or evenings it locked with out of order on the door all because there lazy and don't want to clean it.

Nighttime clerk is extremely rude. I believe his name is Marcus. I come to this store often and he’s the only one that has an attitude all the time and makes rude remarks. Once I said something about an item being priced wrong and he told me if it was more than I can afford then I can shop somewhere else.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding management & service received daily from Toki and Steve!! They represent the “Best” of 7/11 stores~*I believe 7/11 Corporate should Recognize and Present Store #32811, with a Plaque/Documentation for “Outstanding Ambassadors” of the 7/11 Stores serving North Texas.* *Toki & Steve’s frontline are what a “customer” rarely experiences!!!***Staff Reps. Chad & Ashley always Smile , Greet You by Name and Makes (every customer) feel like they are appreciated for choosing their store!!!!Unfortunately, I am moving out of the area soon and will certainly miss the daily interactions with Chad & Ashley and the friendship made through their daily service!!!My Thanks and sincere appreciation to Toki & Steve for presenting a Clean, Professional and Friendly Store experience!!!!All the Best Store #328011~Chad P. Excellent, friendly staff. Efficiently moves people through the line, deals with ridiculous irate customers diffusively. Prices aren't always the best but the employees at this store are!

Night shift guy was very rude and very unprofessional, We are very disappointed with the store customer service. When i was parking my car in front of the door. The store guy was smoking cigarettes at the gas station which is very much dangerous when I requested him not to smoke at gas station then he throws the cigarette on my car. so many customers are in the store and at the gas station filling the fuels. Please look into the video this is very serious safety issue for all the people who lives near this gas station. This uneducated guy can blow the gas station at any time without thinking twice. Very horrible stuff. Please look into the video which I am posting and while i was recording him, he threatened me that he will see me after his shift.?

Was treated very rude and poorly by staff and owner because I purchased the wrong charger and wanted to return it long story short i haven’t been back since and do not plan to!

Friendly staff. It was clean, and it had a lot of different kinds of delicious taquitos. I also saved a bunch of money using their rewards app for the first time.
