I visited this location on the night of April 13th and the employee working was absolutely amazing! He was so kind to us, the store was also exceptionally clean despite how busy it was! I didn’t catch his name but this guy deserves a raise! I’ve never met a gas station attendant who has been this kind and friendly!

Go into this place virtually every morning and always see a lady middle aged to older dark complexion in here that has the worst attitude ever.everyone else is nice and says hi as you walk in but not once have I seen her greet a customer. I go to counter to buy a few things doesn't even acknowledge me in the slightest rings me up and then waves me away like I'm trash. I tell her I want a receipt to which she gets huffy and mutters under her breath something as I'm walking away I turn back and says excuse me? To which she says you rude you never said hi!! Why is it my job to greet the 7 eleven workers I thought I was the customer! so bizarre! Never ever had this happen ever! She felt so comfortable arguing with a customer it was really strange lol I usually ignore this type of situation because I have been a merchandiser before and know how tough it can be but this was not ok I don't care how bad a day your having don't take it out on me especially the money I spend on gas and snacks at this place but I'll just not come to this place no more even tho the manager Davids was nice about it.corporate was informed and the 7-Eleven customer feed back number informed and I'll just spend my money across the street in the new 7 eleven location

I did a quick stop to get E cigarettes and since the cashier guy came to the front he had a really bad attitude. Talking to me super loud and asking for id before handing the right package. So...after showed him my id he also want me to pull my id out of my wallet. All this with the same bad attitude. He never mentioned or told me about scanning id or anything else when he literally was able to see my info when showed him my id from my hand. (Disrespectful) so I had declined giving him my license then he started calling me CRAZY multiples times. No respect for customer or idea on how to talk with people. I had my kid with me and he was super confused about this cashier attitude. Stay away from this 7 eleven. For me....this the last time visiting or buying at any 7 eleven ever!

I just had one of the best convenience store experiences ever. Justin was so polite and friendly that even my 8-year-old son had to say "wow this guy is really good at his job". I wish all 7-Elevens were ran this way. Thank you Justin we hope the best for you.

Went to get smokes and the manager was berating the clerk about the food and how it was going to make people sick. I told the manager that the conversation should be held in private. The manager said "don't tell me how to do my job" and "there are plenty of other 7-11s". It breaks my heart to see abuse of employees and customers out in the open. I wouldn't eat at this 7-11 today.

Walked in and the store manager straight up disrespected his Indian employee. I understand when management gets upset because of rules and policies. However, as a leader you are entitled to correct actions with a better way of communicating. Leader definitely needs coaching on how to deal with human beings

This building is so disgustingly dirty on the outside. I talked to the David the franchise manager and Darious the manager about getting it cleaned but they pin it on corporate. Corporate was contacted and supposedly corporate does not want to pay to clean the building.Somebody give this building a bath. The ugliest looking 7-11 I’ve ever seen and both corporate and the managers don’t want to do anything about it. As a local resident of McKinney, this is unacceptable and unappealing to live in this city and see this trash of a building almost every day I drive past it.Fix it!

i walk here almost every week and its always amazing granted they dont always have what im looking for but its fine cause the employees are always nice and i always enjoy walking there
