Tried this daycare and I was disappointed. I checked in on the cameras and they were out in the yard but there were no people out there with them. They have a few different angles of cameras so I looked to try to find someone and there was no one. I tried to count the number of dogs in the yard and it was about 20. This doesn't feel safe, so we won't be back.

We love 2nd Family and so does our pup. She's kind of shy and apprehensive, but we watched them acclimate her to the pack on her first couple of visits (over the video cameras). One of the handlers picked her up and held her for at least 10 minutes to let all of the other dogs get used to her. After a couple of attempts, she finally got comfortable with the group. Now she just blends in and gets lots of exercise when she stays there. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and we can tell they are all dog people. And she gets a bath and smells great when we pick her up. We've been customers for over 3 years and we would not trust anyone else to watch her when we travel because we know she is safe.

Our dogs have been going to 2nd Family Dogs for almost two years now and we have loved every visit! Management is amazing and we never really have any problems if we do we are taken care of! We love it here and so do our pups!

We love bringing our pups here! They take such great care of our kids and we know they are in good hands. Flexible schedule for pickup and drop off make it very easy.

Left town for a week and they looked after my pup, the love and attention he got from the staff was awesome to see(live Webcams), facilities are clean, just a great experience and highly recommended!

I used to love this facility but feel it is taking a hit in cleanliness/safety. In years past, none of my pets had health issues when staying here, however both stays this year has resulted in sickness for my dogs - canine flu in January, and now they are sick again following their most recent stay this past week, despite taking extra precaution with added optional vaccines leading up to this stay. I will need to understand cleaning/safety protocols before any of my dogs stay here again as it seems as though something has changed in the last 8-12 months.

2nd Family Dogs is the only place I board my dog. I can't just leave my dog with anyone so it's imperative that I leave her with a company that I can trust. The staff is friendly. You can either call or book online to reserve a boarding reservation. My all time favorite thing is the cameras!!! I can always see my fur baby whether I'm in town or out of the country. During the last visit, my fur baby had an ear infection && they took her to the vet for me and gave her meds as prescribed. You can't beat that customer service!!!! They're the best!!!

This facility is wonderful. All the caretakers are genuine and tentative. They have cameras up so you are able to check in on your fur baby to see them having fun!! Daycare, boarding, and grooming services have all been outstanding. Their outdoor facilities are large so the dogs have plenty of space to play around which *most other facilities do not have. My Sid will continue to stay at this facility.

My dog LOVES this daycare! She has gone to a few different ones ever since she was 5 months old and is now 1yr and 10 months. What I love about 2nd Family Dogs is that they have sprinklers/water accessible for the dogs and they also have a pool (if you opt to pay extra, but the fee is not bad at all). The staff here engage with the pups and they have cameras. I boarded my dog at another outdoor/indoor daycare that was well known in my area. When I picked her up, she had heat rashes all over her mouth and on her elbows. I felt very bad because I knew it must have been very hot as she has never developed that before. When I asked questions, they just brushed me off and I was very disappointed. I was very picky before deciding to bring my pup here. I am so glad I did as she LOVES it and will be attending frequently now! Thank you for taking good care of Zoey!

My pups love this place. It's super clean and the staff is very friendly. Only place I will take my dogs. They also have a pool for the dogs which is pretty cool.
