Customer service is great! But there were moments both times that either hurt me with the nail utensils or the didn’t get the all of the extra polish off my finger or nail.

Only complaint I have is that I got a pedicure and the technician cut me twice and didn't tell me. I saw the blood and she just wiped it away. She also nipped some of my live skin on my toe. Would be a higher rating had she had the decency to tell me that she cut me.
