Today my new truck locked up at an intersection. This was the second time this happened. I tried getting help from the local dealership but no luck. I called Jim Turner and spoke to Rachael in the service department she ask if I could come in right away and I did. They ran a diagnostic check and had me on my way a little over an hour. They definitely displayed Great customer service. Thank you guys.

By far the most trustworthy and responsive Chevrolet deal near Waco. I recently had my under warranty truck serviced here, and they had me scheduled quickly, and had my vehicle in and out within a day. Kyle, service manager, was professional and straightforward, and I felt like he wasn't trying to pressure me into additional services like other locations tend to. Comparatively, the Chevy Auto Nation in town, told me they would charge for the repair and/or $120 just to look at it, would take at least 2 days in the shop, and it was hard to get through to them on the phone. If it weren't for Kyle, I'd feel like the warranty was a scam. 100% recommend Jim Turner Chevrolet.

Amazing staff and service for purchasing vehicles and routine service. The little things each representative does really enhance the quality of this dealership. Joshua was extremely accommodating to my tight schedule when purchasing a vehicle and it was very smooth and straightforward. The service area lounge is spectacular and the staff communication made me feel in great hands.

Nice place to get all my service work done on my Chevy truck, all of them in Service dept. are always helpful & nice, and Victor in sales is a super nice guy also. :)

I saw the attached truck listed on their website and thought it was a fair price as it shows the CM skirted flat bed under the vehicle description included. After testing driving and upon discussing terms suddenly the sales rep says the CM skirted flatbed isn't included and the actual sales price is well above $62,000. Good place if you like games and get you in the door "pricing" tactics, but otherwise I prefer to do business with above board enterprises.

What's to say.... I have purchased 5 cars from this place. Never have I ever felt rushed or any pressure to buy any vehicle. I've always been treated with respect and have gotten the beat deals. Customer service and the folks at the shop are very knowledgeable and always have time to stop and discuss any issues I may have. Will continue to come here for any vehicle purchases.

Every time I use this company for anything from maintenance work, to buying a part I am always given great customer service. They do not try to up sale you on maintenance that is not needed to your vehicle. They are very straightforward.
