This is a great shop with a great set up owned and ran by Steve. It was highly recommended to me and I’ve had nothing but good experiences taking my ‘66 Ford F100 there. Greatly appreciate all the help and the great service Steve and David!

This was the 2nd time I took my car there both times I asked to have it hooked to the machine to get any and all diagnostics. idk if it was cause of other reasons, but my car didn’t get fixed properly neither time. Today paid $840 just to get my car. For starters my battery was completely dead and they knew had to wait for them to jump it off! My screen in my car wouldn’t turn on and them telling me to just drive off. I drove 2 miles down the street just for it to do the same exact thing and turn off on me in the middle of the road. David found the problem just by looking under the hood. If my car would have been hooked up like I asked on the drop off day they would have known my timing chain was not working properly and broke for that mattter. They fixed what I said was wrong but didn’t check for other codes like I asked. Then for them to just leave me sitting there with no solution pissed men off even more. I would never take my cars there again. I just know machanic shops always hook your up and tell you what’s reading off of the diagnostics and I feel like they didn’t do that or they would have caught the timing chain problem when I dropped it off.

Steve and David really helped us out when our car needed a transmission. They quoted us a fair price and fixed our Subaru in less than a week. All-Wheel drive is not easy to work on, but they fixed it right. Really awesome service and very polite and nice to work with. I would highly recommend Integrity AutoWorks!

I suspected my other mechanics were taking me for a ride so I tried Integrity Autoworks. They gave my truck a clean bill of health instead of inventing issues to overcharge me like so many others.

The best shop I’ve been to in my area. I called with what my car was diagnosed with at O’Reillys they walked me through that and what that was going to cost to get me ready and the time frames the fabulous receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating and said just come up here and let’s figure out what’s going on. They got me in an out and found out what the problem is quick and fast. The name integrity says all it needs to say because that’s exactly how I was handled and the people working there were full of integrity. It was fabulous to walk away knowing that I wasn’t scammed or talked into anything and that it was plain Jane and I can’t say enough how fabulous the experience was at the shop.

Paid for rear end coil springs and shocks 15- months ago. 2 different manufactures.Paid for heavy duty rear coil springs - light weight was installed. 1 week after installing Monroe shocks. 1 failed. They removed and replaced. Little over a year with hardly any miles coil springs failed. When asked about a lifetime warranty on parts. Coil work was never typed into to work report. ( probly because they were sold as heavy weight but installed as light weight.) As a family member looking out for family members that are on disability it was highly disturbing to ask about the integrity of the parts , labor & name of shop and just got excuses but no results moving forward.. I understand about a 1 year labor warranty but we were under a pandemic and still are so there should been some wiggle room or at least a discount for having to do this job over.
The front desk girl Christina took everything personal when asked about the history of work performed. Instead of allowing me to speak to the owner she just kept me on the phone repeating herself that she hasn't been there long and she can't find the invoice.
She also was very rude and looked like she wanted to fight...?
no people skills at all.
She insisted she handle the matter, but in reality did not know how..
Our family only wanted an honest mechanic that we could trust and be a pleasant experience. Instead we all chipped in and spent close to $500. & within less than 2 years on a 20 year old car that never needed that work done before - it is very dissapointing to now in the contnuation of a pandemic to have to start the process all over with no assistance from this shop.
The invoice was found by owner eventually ( big secrete) but no evidence ever about the springs. Unless I want to spend $75. diagnosis fee to see what the problem which we already know..This place didn't live up to its name .
Nice guy though Steve..
