If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I'm new to the area and wanted to mail an envelope. I walked in and waited a couple of minutes for the woman to come to the front, not a problem, I understand workers can be busy. When I tried to hand her the envelope she said "I can't mail that" and turned to walk away. I said "excuse me, why can't you mail my envelope"? She replied "My machine is broken" and turned and walked to the back to leave me standing there in shock that someone like this works in public. This person was very unprofessional and should not work with the public. This happened Friday April 19th @ 1:30, In case someone needs to know who she was.

I have been sending quite a few packages lately, many of which are being shipped internationally. The postmaster is extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had even the slightest issue at this facility. THANK YOU to the employees.

Love our lil TX country P.O.Easy in & out esp @ Cmas timemailing out pkgs, no lines...inside mail clerk Jaime is the Best... & mail delivery lady leaves pkgs in garage or @ front dr. vs leaving out on the road @ mail box, is great !! in McDade, TX

No one answers the phone at this location anymore. If you do not show up in person when they're open you can't get anything done at this location. Also this post office isn't even open beyond 3:00 p.m.. Don't know who voted to change the hours to 3:00 p.m. so they could close early and not work but all it did was make everything difficult for people that need to use the post office. We now have to go to another town.

Tried getting a money order, and was told that the person who does the money orders wasn’t there today so I have to drive to paige now just for a money order…

Just tried calling 5 times the first time it just rang and rang then stopped. The next 4 times someone picked up the phone and then immediately hung up. Extremely rude. There seemed to be no voicemail to leave a message. Unfortunately for them - I will now go there in person....

No matter how many times I ask for my packages to be delivered they keep them at the post office and I have to miss work if I want my items.

The man that answeres the phone was very rude and kept speaking over me when i was trying to explain my sittuation.
