Customer service was terrible. I guess one has to come dressed up nice or in a suit to get someone to pay attention to you, even if its only to pick up! Got left by 3 reps so they could help other customers that were dressed nicer. Never felt more judged in my life by these people. So just as advice if you want them to pay attention to you and talk to you nice, wear your Sunday’s best!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ?
I will never recommend anyone here due to the horrible experience my sister received when she went to pick up her engagement ring from being resize and a sales associate ruined her special moment by staring her down mocking her question about a box her ring came in and just being extremely rude this was supposed to be one of the happiest days for my sister but instead on her birthday going in to pick up her engagement ring that she had just gotten to get resized and now has to stare at a ring on her hand remembering the horrible experience forever because a salesperson decided to be rude and mocking to her I called the store manager since my sister had been crying all afternoon she didn't want to call but I felt they should know because nobody should get treated like that but not sure if anything was done I spoke with Angela I don't understand why anyone would want a employee like that working for a company like Zales when hard working people walk in like my sister's husband and spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on a engagement ring. My sister did not deserve this!!!

I went in today to pick up a repair. Sales representative was rude and defensive with me. Seemed annoyed to assist me.I only asked if I would be receiving the box that came with the ring when I left it for repair to be resized. Her tone of voice became defensive and aggressive. Saying she didn't know what I was talking about because she didn't take the ring from me. I said I understand you didn't take in the ring when I left it to be repair it was a man that assisted me that day. She continued to be rude and said I don't know about any box. I asked her if their was someone I could speak to about a box. I told her she didn't need to be rude and defensive with me I'm only asking a question. She mocked me and ask am I being rude and stared me down I stayed quiet after that signed for my repair she did go and ask another associate and did give me my box. The whole experience has horrible and will leave a lasting impression and memory. I will always remember this experience when I look at my ring and that really sucks. Spending thousands of dollers in a store to have this type of experience is super disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this location. Believe her name was June. She never introduced herself but overheard someone refer to her as June.

Jenny, Angel, Oralia, Elvia were nothing but amazing and went above and beyond. I was so stressed and worried about getting the right ring and my budget for my engagement. These ladies took their time and showed me all my options. I was able to keep things affordable and find the perfect ring 10/10 go to them!!!
