Absolutely terrible service. The order was not actually ready for pickup when I arrived to the store, despite receiving an email and text about it. The employees were rude that time. Had to come in again another day, had to wait around 25 minutes to be seen to finally get my pickup order. Employee almost scratched me off the sign in list because he supposedly called my name “three times,” though I didn’t hear it. (Which he let me know in a rather rude tone). Won’t be coming back to this Zales location.
